Discover the Essence of Scotland: The Captivating Bramble Cocktail

This delightful libation is a modern classic - and an absolute must-try when exploring the picturesque landscapes of Scotland.

Experience the Unique Flavors of Scotland with a Bramble Cocktail

Scotland is renowned for its beautiful landscapes, historic castles, and of course, whisky. But the country also has a thriving cocktail culture that visitors should experience. One cocktail that embodies the flavors of Scotland is the bramble - a simple yet delicious blackberry and gin drink that will transport your tastebuds.

The bramble was invented in the 1980s by a bartender at Edinburgh's Bramble Bar. He wanted to create a cocktail using Scotland's most abundant berry, the blackberry, paired with gin, a spirit with deep roots in the country. The result is a beautifully balanced, slightly tart and sweet cocktail that's a delight to drink.
