An Unforgettable Italy Trip — Perfect Itinerary, Amazing Food, and Outstanding Guide
Our Italy trip exceeded expectations from start to finish. The amenities were top-notch, the coach was clean and comfortable, and our driver was excellent throughout the entire journey.
The included meals were terrific — the food overall was absolutely amazing. The itinerary was perfectly planned, taking us through Venice, Florence, Orvieto, and Rome, with stops that were thoughtfully timed and never felt rushed.
Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, and a special shoutout to Lorenzo, who led us for the week. He was not only incredibly informative but also friendly and genuinely funny, which made the experience even better.
Even the weather cooperated!
We highly recommend this trip to anyone considering it.

Wonderful experience on the Taste of Ireland Tour
I'm so happy I did a tour with CIE. It was such a great experience and well planned. Our guide was wonderful. We learned and saw a lot. I have so many amazing memories from this trip. I can't wait to come back to Ireland. Which is why my family and I are planning another CIE tour to Ireland.

No detailed missed. Very informative and educational experience - and comfortable the entire trip..
No guest Work for us regarding eating, navigating ice dealing with the temperatures. Perfect.

Scots Irish Tour - 11 Days/10 Nights
A vacation that is a must
We loved the knowledge of the drivers/tour guides about the different areas. Chris White was our driver for a couple of days and his passion for Belfast was so intense that we all felt it. Chris was one of the biggest/best part of this trip we still talk about. The tour guide Jerry from Derry was FANTASTIC as well. The two of them,wow. Jerry explained the difference between Derry and Londonderry with so much heart. The Giants Causeway and the Cliffs of Moher were such an amazing place to see,you have to see it in person to really get the wow. The drive through Scotland and Ireland were great for the scenery,it's all so beautiful.....pictures don't touch the beauty of it. The tour bus it's self was not that comfortable. I am thinking because it's newer,cheaper made ?? The stops and itinerary was great other than Lough Key. There is nothing there,a house that no longer exists ,a tour guide that gave a lot of wrong information and then 2 hours of wait time with nothing to do there. We sat in the cafeteria for 2 hours killing time before we could get back on the bus. Not a good thing, this should be taken off of the itinerary all together. Most of the places we stayed were incredibly beautiful. Not sure how the the guests get their rooms but some rooms were better than others and the same people all seemed to get the better rooms ?? We loved the smaller number of travelers to a bus,made it that much better because it's easier to get to know one another and to move us on and off. Over all, one of my very best over seas vacations we have had. We want to go back to Ireland and see other parts, it's that beautiful. Loved CIE Tours,would absolutely use them again.

Classic Sicily - 8 Days/7 Nights
Excellent trip. Great sites of interest, balancing history, culture and local music and cuisine. The tour guide Laura was amazing ! CIE is a hassle free way to travel and learn a lot. There were several group dinners that were outstanding. Right amount of free time too. We are looking forward to another CIE tour !

Will definitely use CIE in the future!
The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and travel, accommodations, and activities were all top notch. There was still ample time after planned activities for exploring. We created amazing family memories with our children. This was an excellent way to introduce them to traveling abroad.

Beautiful country, well planned scenic views and landmarks.
For those who have a limited time to see the country, this tour hit all the highlights and was perfect. It was well curated and the guide & driver extremely professional and friendly. Our guide, Maria, was both informative and caring - it was like traveling with a good friend. She was patient with questions and shared many folk tales and other stories that brought both the landscape and the history of Iceland alive for us. We couldn't have been more pleased, and we were sorry to say goodbye at the end of the tour.

More than A taste!
Truly experience a great deal of Italy in such a short time. Got to visit many beautiful places and had great tour guides at each location.
CIE took care of every detail. I had to worry about nothing.
Our tour guide was very organized and we knew where we were headed everyday and what schedule was.

The trip was amazing, the tour guide was informative and funny. I can’t believe all the things we got to see and do it was amazing. I think about the trip every day. The tour company was great.

Well organized tour
Well organized! Met by CIE rep as we were leaving Venice airport baggage area and escorted to water taxi for trip to our hotel where we were met by our guide, Dianna. Dianna was fantastic! Kept us informed about upcoming activities and times we were to meet! Luggage was delivered to our rooms and picked up outside our rooms when we were leaving to go to another city. Information about sites we were to visit was great and the separate guides at some of the sites were also very good. Group dinners were terrific! Dianna also provided specific information about shuttles to the Rome airport for each tour member the evening before departure. This was our third tour with CIE and highly recommend them!

We had a great time. I have gone with CIE tours before. They always book very interesting places and really nice hotels to stay in. Tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable about areas. Loved every location we went to.

Irish Adventure - 8 Days/7 Nights
Reputation well deserved, first class all the way.
I trusted CIE based on their reputation, its the first tour I booked and I took my 72 year old mother with me as she wanted to see Ireland. It was her bucketlist item. Murt, our guide was hilarious, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He made the transitions between places and hotels easy and worry free. I'd trust CIE again and plan on booking another tour in the future with them.

Excellent tour director and driver. Very knowledgeable with the history of the region. City tour guides were great also. Plenty of down time with this tour which we liked. Did not feel rushed .

The Scots Irish Tour
This was my first CIE tour. It was well planned and the staff (tour guides and drivers) were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sightseeing was very good. Tour guides and drivers were very helpful in providing history and other interesting facts about the places we visited and stayed. I'd go on another CIE tour without hesitation.

I left Italy with so much knowledge. Very glad I visited.
I was extremely pleased with this tour. "Taste of Italy" is the perfect name for this tour. My first time in Italy checked all my expectations and more. The accommodations, the transportation, were excellent. But most importantly the magnificent Tour Director Diana. What an asset for your company! Not to mention the Tour Guides on every site we visited.
