Yes, I would use CIE Tours again. The booking process was fairly straight forward, the follow through was timely, the travel booklet helpful, as promised & a last minute request to add a 'transfer' was accommodated with ease.

Most of our trip in Ireland and Scotland was most enjoyable. However, it is difficult to understand and very disappointing that you would allow us to book into Belfast on the known dates there would be protest marches and bonfires. Our planned activities were cancelled as scheduled and we spent both evenings sequestered in our hotel. We both feel we did not get the opportunity to learn about Belfast, experience things as stated and that we paid for. Affordable Tours agent was very helpful in making our travel arrangements with CIE

I enjoyed my trip to Ireland. The tour guide was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend CIE Tours to others.

excellent, Brian out tour guide was knowledgeable and nice.

The Tour was awesome from our tour guide Kristianne to our coach driver Allan. I would recommend this tour, it takes you from the Republic of Ireland to Northern Ireland and Scotland.....well worth the money. All hotels and sights were #1

Booked through agent in Florida, very thorough

The driver and guide were fantastic! The problem came with issues with United when we were traveling to Ireland and we had so little time in St. Andrews.

Booking was fine.

Actually went through an independent travel agent this time. She was thorough and efficient but I missed talking to the Irish lassies.

They delivered eveything and the guide and driver were excellent!!!!

I booked online; was super easy. Even when I had to call to give my final payment, service was excellent.

I booked online

CIE Service was excellent from the booking of the tour and throughout the entire tour!

I would recommend them, but if I were to book again, and I might, I would take more time to investigate each site to be visited. For instance, we rode by the Titanic museum. We did not visit the Titanic museum. Disappointment. The meal the first evening in a conference room at the hotel was ok, but the atmosphere was . . . a conference room in a hotel.

The Tour Guide and Driver were fantastic. Unfortunately they had to put up with infirm people who should have had carers with them. Too many things were squeezed in every day. Alot we could have done without. Found Belfast gaol very depressing plus some church with bones underneath did not appeal to me. This is my personal view only. I am also a vegetarian and found most dinners did not cater for this at the hotels. Rissotto seemed to be it. Can't stand rissotto. I am not a vegetarian by choice . Hotels were lovely. As I said, Tour Guide and Driver could not be faulted for their manners and patience. ( Patrick O'Riordan and Sam Lockhart). I would definitely book again but for a longer trip next time. This is my second CIE tour.

CIE is a great company to work with. Have recommended them to many of our friends. Driver and guide was excellent.

I bought from before and I probably will again. my only issue is contacting someone when I need tom talk to someone. Sometimes it takes a while. Also we thought we had booked a small bus/van, but we got a large one.
