Extremely pleased with the value for the money. I felt like we were treated very well and welcomed at all the of hotels and attractions arranged by CIE. Our driver, Brian, was so informative and insightful not only about Ireland's rich history but also about current situations and local culture.

I loved the itinerary. I could have done with less time at the folk museum (I think it was about 1.5? hours) but maybe it was a time filler.

Trip organized very well, saw and learned a lot, beautiful countries.
Trip was very well organized. We saw and learned a lot. Both countries are beautiful. Our bus driver was great and our tour guide in Scotland JY was also very good. Hotels were nice. It was great to have everything arranged for you. Driving through both Scotland and Ireland were beautiful, food was good, entertainment was good. I feel we accomplished a lot during the 10 days.

Highlights of Britain - 13 Days/12 Nights
Trip was well planned and the tour guide was with us all the way.
Loved learning more about history, culture, authors and land marks. Enjoyed the peaceful scenery along the way. Hotels were comfortable and well located. Meals were good. Driver made us feel safe. Itinerary included historic and beautiful places that celebrated authors and cultural events.

Irish Legends - 9 Days/8 Nights
Comprehensive tour that delivered as promised
It met my expectations and more, in terms of sites and places seen, obviously I have the desire to go back and explore some things further. Would have liked more time to explore in points of interest but realize there is a schedule to keep. Outstanding driver/tour narrator/guide. John was top notch and very professional. He did an amazing job of balancing staying on the tour schedule while trying to fit in a couple of unplanned and pleasant stops along the way. A major area of improvement would have been in the area of meals provided, particularly breakfasts and dinners which became very monotonous after two stops. Establishing earlier meal availability in morning s would be helpful especially on days where there are early bus start times. Only thing that kept me from giving it a five star was the quality and monotony of meals provided. Several hotels stood out as being below average ie. Newport (poor upkeep) , Manor West ( staff showed no interest in serving us).

Tuscan Treasures with Cinque Terre - 8 Days/7 Nights
CIE Delivers!
This was our first trip to Italy and to Tuscany and we definitely feel like we experienced the region in a first class way. The accomodations were superior, the transportation clean and reliable and the guide and driver extremely professional and engaging. Everything that was promised in the trip description was delivered with a professional style that was much appreciated. This is our family's third experience with CIE tours and we have been delighted each time!

We loved all the places we got to see while on our six day tour, and learning the significance of each place! Our tour guide, Liam Larkin, made us feel secure in that we were well taken care of.

Fun trip
The tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. The places that we visited were great although I would have liked to be able to spend a little more time in Liverpool. Met some wonderful people and enjoyed all the activities.

Scottish & Irish Gold - 15 Days/14 Nights
Our dream vacation did not disappoint
This was our dream vacation. Ireland was at the top of our list but when we had the chance to add Scotland we did it, and bit were we glad. The sights and the places we visited were amazing. I enjoyed the sheep dog demonstrations a lot. The ability to train and work dogs like they do were amazing.
Regine and Gary were AMAZING! Regine knew so much about the history of Scotland and the landmarks and was such a great person. Gary’s driving ability was second to none. He kept us safe and got us around like a true professional.

Over all, this was a great trip, meet new friends. The tour was done in a timely manner and gave us enough time to visit each stop. the titanic museum was the high light of the tour.

Amazing trip
We enjoyed the trip, immensely. The guides were very knowledgeable . They presented Ireland’s history and culture with expertise, personal experience and humor which made the trip very enjoyable. The Irish people were very welcoming starting with airline, hotel staff and everyone we were in contact with. The sites and experiences were great. The accommodations were 5 star. I thought the trip was well planned but I would have preferred to stay 2 nights at a hotel to enjoy the amenities and reflect on the day. The CIE staff at airport could have been friendlier and provided more information on logistics.

My husband and I enjoyed our Italy tour. We enjoyed visiting and learning about so many beautiful cities. Travelers should be aware that this is a walking vacation. In addition to having free time every day we walked quite a distance in each location. Our your director, Andreis Leal and bus driver Nicola, did such a wonderful job. They were kind, intelligent and organized. The best tour director ever. We enjoyed seeing so many sites. We learned a lot. Some of the tour guides were difficult to understand. The Florence walk was too long.

Fabulous trip to Tuscany
Great trip! Fabulous places! Wonderful food! CIE is a great company that helped with all the details and questions before our trip, a tour guide who was knowledgeable and fun, and booked wonderful hotel, bus, and tours that were fabulous. The places we went to each day were filled with beauty and included fabulous meals at local restaurants and farms. It was a memorable trip that was one of my very favorites!

Tour was amazing and Bus Driver/Guide (Emmit) was wonderful!
Ireland was beautiful and so interesting… loved seeing so much of the country. CIE made the trip seamless with everything well planned and interesting. The tour covered a lot of ground letting us see different parts of Ireland. The itinerary really packed in a lot of tours and activities which was great for my first time visiting.

Loved all the cities we went to. Would loved to have a full day in Positano. We only had an hour in that city.
