2. Entry Method:
Eligible participants are automatically entered into the Giveaway if they are verified travel agents subscribed to the CIE Tours email list as of May 5, 2025. No additional action is required to enter. Eligibility will be verified by CIE Tours through their email service provider and travel agent credentials (IATA, CLIA, or similar).

3. Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on May 6, 2025, from all eligible participants. The potential winner will be notified via the email address on record. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prize Details:
The winner will receive one (1) CIE Tours "Best of Spain" tour for two (2) people, shared room. Full details of the tour: Best of Spain Tour. Small group departures are excluded. Airfare is not included. Tour must be booked by Dec 31, 2025 and taken by Dec 31, 2026. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow CIE Tours to use their name, likeness, and basic identifying information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. General Conditions:
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, or other factors that may affect the entry process. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CIE Tours and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.

1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada who are verified travel agents (IATA, CLIA, or similar). Must be 18 or older. Employees and immediate family of CIE Tours are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Entry Method:
Enter by booking and depositing a minimum of $250 on any CIE Tours travel product between May 1–31, 2025. Each qualifying booking = one entry. Deposits made during the promo period qualify, even if booked earlier.

3. Giveaway Period:
Begins May 1, 2025, 12:00 a.m. ET and ends May 31, 2025, 11:59 p.m. ET. One winner drawn daily from that day’s entries.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:
Daily winners notified by email. Gift cards sent automatically via email with redemption code. Winners must redeem within 60 days; selected cards valid for at least 6 months. Odds depend on daily entries.

5. Prize Details:
