We had the best time
Five stars all the way -- Tour Director PJ is a demi-god among locals, and was a knowledgeable, efficient, and just terrific ambassador throughout our entire time in Ireland.

Irish Adventure - 8 Days/7 Nights
THe trip of a lifetime!
The itinerary and schedule of each and every day was fabulous! Murt, our driver and your director was sooo knowledgeable and funny!!!! We saw so many wonderful sights and really got the Ireland experience by going to mom and pop pubs, stores, etc.

Wonderful experience!
This was my second tour with CIE, I had a wonderful experience! Got to see so much of Ireland and explore so much of the country side and cities. Our tour guide and driver were wonderful and enhanced the experience even more! All the local guides were wonderful and so knowledgeable about their local area - overall a really great trip and will be booking more CIE trips in the future!!

Wonderful vacation on Ireland Adventure Tour
We had a wonderful fast paced vacation that went smoothly because of CIE. They are a full service tour company from reservations to pre-travel documents/hardware (luv the backpack!) to daily travel/activities/accommodations! We had a very experienced, knowledgeable and funny tour guide/driver in Brian Hanrahan on our Adventure Tour in Ireland. Would most definitely recommend to others!

Would definitely recommend and will consider using again in the future
This is the best group tour we have taken and we have taken several. Our guide Graham was the very best. I don't think there's anything about Scotland he doesn't know. Most hotels were okay. Some bathtubs were difficult to get into and did not have any reels to hold on to something of concern for people in their 70s

Best vacation
Everything was great. Daivd Burns (the tour guide) was fantastic. You could tell that David really loves his country (Ireland). Love the sites we explored. Would have like to have more time at some places and more access to water. I wish I had taken a longer trip.

April 2023 Ireland tour
This was our third trip CIE tour of Ireland and our fifth CIE tour overall. We are constantly impressed with the guides/drivers with their knowledge and personal service. CIE does a great job with logistics and accommodations, especially this latest trip to Ireland.

The customer service team was available to discuss our needs most days and they were generally able to answer most questions. The personnel were eager to accommodate most needs.

Icelandic Explorer - 9 days/8 nights
I booked through a travel agent CIE sent me to. I would probably book directly with CIE in the future or use a different agent. It took several conversations to get the airport transfers to be reflected on my itinerary. In the end I would say my experience with CIE is very positive. I appreciated receiving the travel package which included a backpack, rain poncho, map of Iceland, electric adapter ( very useful) , luggage strap and tags, reusable water bottle etc. my only suggestion would be a more detailed map which showed where we went every day..
