Everything about the trip was great, only complaint did not have direct flights returning home from Dublin.

Scottish & Irish Dream - 13 Days/12 Nights
One of my best travel trips.
Everything was very well organized. Coach drivers were EXCELLENT
Best of all, on a 13 day tour of Scotland & Ireland, we only had one small shower the whole time.
Food was good, hotels were very nice & clean.

Scottish Clans & Castles - 10 Days/9 Nights
Our guide Derrick made the trip. He was very knowledgeable, amusing and personable. Also both of our bus drivers, John and Graham, were unbelievable. Their driving skills and personality made the experience perfect. John let us experience the Highland Coos up close and personal.
I would recommend this tour to others and this is my second CIE and would do another one.

Taste of Ireland (Tour A) - 7 Days/6 Nights
The trip to Ireland was an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. CIE managed all the details and wants and needs.
The tour guide Patrick/Pat made the trip! He was attentive, professional and very knowledgeable of the area, providing us with so much info. His sense of humor keep us laughing and made each day fun. He was the highlight of our trip!
I would travel with CIE Tours again if I knew Pat was to be our tour guide.

The tour was good but not great. Tour stops seemed rushed at destination places where more time would have been appreciated.

Yes, I would recommend CIE to others and have done so. Yes, I would buy from them again. I am considering an Iceland tour at present.

Taste of Britain & Ireland - 14 Days/13 Nights
overall, the tour was very good. Our bus driver/ tour director, John was exceptional.
The primary complaints surrounded CIE's decision to not issue dinner vouchers, after a 6 hour delay, when our ferry from Scotland to Ireland had mechanical break down. Cie knew our situation which was very unique but instead had us all on the tour pay for our meals on trhe ferry knowing we would be back to our hotel after midnight. We are blaming CIE for their insensitivity and disregard for all of us. We missed a pre scheduled meal, thereby abandoning their responsiblitilty to support by paying the vouchers for all of us who werea captive audience. Our dinner prescheduled dinner at the Marriot hotel was part of our dinners paid for up front and part of our trip.
Additionally, the complaints related London The on again off again bus did not have anyone to talk letting all of us know what site was coming up nor the stops to get back on the bus.
Also, on the first day in London, the city tour gave us a synopsis of London sites. The problem is the trip started late in the afternoon, which caused us to not get into sites such as the Crown Jewels because of huge crowds.
Finally, we were taken to a small historic lake town with beautiful shops and buildings. After, the 30 mi9nute boat ride we were placed back on the bus and with a drive to a shopping and food place off the highway. We were unhappy with that decision it was very disappointing not to the town.
Overall, we enjoyed our trip, hotels, dinners except for the above noted problem. We feel that any future tour companies will be different than CIE.

Best vacation ever!
I loved my vacation with CIE Tours, we had Denis O'Sullivan as our tour guide, he was the best! CIE Tours took care of everything for us, the meals were great, the entertainment was amazing! We plan to use CIE tours again!

FABULOUS TRIP!
Would definitely recommend the CIE Tour we were on. Would definitely do it again ourselves. Tour guides and bus driver were FANTASTIC? We would have liked more time at some of the stops though. Some could have accommodated more time, some probably not.

Great time, and the Driver was 5 stars( Pj Obrian)
Loved the planed route, Driver was great with information about Ireland and knowledge of the towns, also the smaller stops, ( sheep bearding, Dingle town, and history shows with Irish dance)

Loved our trip !! Only two small notes that I would like to share. One, would have liked at little more down time. Second , I was not a big fan of the the last dinner out at the castle.

Irish Classic - 13 Days/12 Nights
The tour we took was amazing. History, geography, social psychology all wrapped into one phenomenal trip. We loved our tour director and our coach driver. We couldn't have asked for more.
