Love CIE tours

CIE is a great company to work with. Have recommended them to many of our friends. Driver and guide was excellent.

Guide and driver were excelent.

Booking was a little awkward dealing with a broker not CIE directly. Not sure who to communicate with.

Loved our trip to Ireland and thought the tour with CIE was very well organized and we enjoyed all the places we visited. There were times when we would have liked to spend more time in some areas, but due to the schedule we had to move on. Our bus driver was very knowledgeable and experienced. Thought we would hear a few more jokes during our drives. Everyone on our bus was very friendly and we got to know almost everyone. All of the hotels we stayed in were nice and the food was good. My only complaint was that we never received our backpacks, luggage tags and whatever else we were supposed to receive even though I called many times to ask about it before and after the trip.

Wonderful tour, highly recommend.

Tour of Scotland was great. We saw all the highlights of the entire country. Bus and hotels were excellent, food great, and tour guide Linda McKay was fantastic.

The tour itself was pleasant. The route was great. For me personally the tour guide was a wonderfulwarm person but her heavy Scotish accent prevent me from following the tour stories. In some of the hotels the shower did not function properly.

Great Time!

We had a great time. CIE covered all the details. We had a great bus driver/tour guide.The hotel rooms were all very clean, comfortable.

Great trip

All of the booking, the rates and info we received was excellent. We were only disappointed we didn't get to see Dublin, but that was due to the weather, nothing due to CIE.

Unfortunately you do not fly out of Ottawa Canada, which meant we had to book our own flights and the return flight from Dublin via Aer Lingus was dreadful, which I know is not you fault, but I'm sure we would have been alright if you had made our flight arrangements.

You have to work your way through the process, but the product is worth the effort.

They did everything well. My only complaint was being on hold for 10-15 minutes everytime i called.

Would definitely go with CIE again. Great guide, meals, bus driver. I liked staying in most locations for more than 1 night. Variety of excursions and sights to see was exceptional. Hotels were good...liked staying in some older , quaint inns to get the feel of the place. One negative...need more time in Edinburgh and a hotel closer to the center of town. Also more free time in places like Pitlochry.
