Not quite as expected.

It was fine booked through a travel agent.

I was demanding

I was booking "Scottish Isles & Glens" & "The Outer Hebrides", two trips to Scotland, concurrently for 2019 with a tag on trip at the end of the second tour. I was very demanding but the CIE staff were very patient and helpful. Everything was booked to my perfect satisfaction!

I have already done "Elegant Ireland" and "Northern Welcome". Both were fabulous which is why I'm back for more.

I would recommend them and have. This is our second CIE tour and hopefully we will go again with your group! Thank you!

Trip of a Lifetime!

The booking process was very easy, the customer service agents were very responsive, offered help as I needed it and everything was incredibly seamless.

THE BEST

I've now been on two adventures with CIE Tours International ... last one to Ireland and the first to England, Scotland and Wales. The accommodations, sights, meals, guides, drivers and buses are all top of the line. Spoil you for any other Tour Company!

AMAZING

We had an AMAZING trip to Scotland and Ireland. Our guides were incredible, the sights were incredible, EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE. My favorite part would have to be when my boyfriend proposed and our guides went above and beyond to make us feel special - upgrading our rooms to suites, having champagne sent to us, chocolate strawberries, a signed card, balloons, it was so amazing!

Outlander tour of Scotland.

We loved everything about our tour. The hotels were wonderful, the food was great, the weather cooperated and out guide Graham was a delight. He was so knowledgeable about the areas we visited and the history of the clans. Would not think twice about booking with them again.

Awesome trip

The tour was great and the driver/guide (Noel) was fantastic. Lots of great stops and fantastic food and entertainment. I would recommend this tour highly.

Pub Tour

The tour itself was 5 star the booking service experience was one star until I complained and a supervisor took over my booking.

Did it online. Was easy and straightforward. Unfortunately, the balance due changed between when we originally booked and when we paid the balance. That was the one negative part of the experience.

First bus tour....amazing trip.

I booked online. It was efficient and I was able to phone to confirm anything that I wondered about.

Yes I have recommended them to others. In the future I would use an agent rather than handling everything on my own. Your representatives were helpful and polite and efficient. It would have been easier to coordinate our plans with two of us traveling together but not at the same address.

Took a long time to get answers

The whole tour was delightful and very professionally run. We enjoyed Harry the guide very much, and were impressed with the pacing and service.
