Tour was well planned and hit most of the best spots in Scotland. Breakfast and dinners were of good quality. .

Booking service went well. I was nervous because booking agents kept changing or leaving and there was no specific agent to handle my trip causing some stress towards planning

From booking to drop off at airport for return home everything worked like clockwork. The airline travel info and vouchers for services on the trip arrived as indicated they would. When I called CIE for additional information I got an immediate and correct response. The staff was professional and helpful. The process was seamless and easy. Like the rest of my interaction with CEI on the trip, the booking process was a good experience.

The CIE tour was a great sampler of all the cities we visited and the bus driver we had was fantastic. I felt like we were immersed in culture and given smidgens of information everywhere.

Everything included as promised. Driver/guide Dave kept us on schedule and entertained during the hours on the bus. This tour is fast-paced but you get to see nearly the entire country.

Excellent Tour Taste of Ireland♧

The tour was very well coordinated, informative, hotels and food were excellent. Pat, our driver and tour guide, provided so much historical information for each town and location, and he made the tour an absolute pleasure . Thank you CIE Tours, my grandchildren and I had a great time, and I would love to travel again with CIE Tours, and I would recommend CIE Tours to my family and friends. Good but just lacking

The booking process was good. But we booked a year in advance so apparently some of the things on our itinerary had changed which was very disappointing especially since we were never informed of the changes

Tour was very well planned, kept to the time schedule but was able to make a couple xtra stops as time allowed. The driver and TG were a wealth of knowledge. Had a couple hiccoughs with the transport to and from the airport but was not CIE's fault and Barbara in CS was exceptional in rectifying the situation. Would recommend to others and plan to take another trip.

Perfect trip

This was an excellent tour I thought we had a wonderful guide as well as a wonderful driver. We were happy with all of the sites visited as well as the accommodations would definitely recommend this trip to others.

An amazing, professional company. The booking was completed on-line. It was seamless.

I used CIE Fly & Drive in Ireland in 2006 which went well. I recommended to two couples that we try the Escorted Bus tour (Mr. & Mrs. Devine and Mr. & Mrs Thomas) who accompanied my wife and I. Booking was efficient and responsive.

Excellent tour. Fast paced but absolutely beautiful!

The tour of Scotland and Ireland was absolutely amazing. I would have given it 5 stars except the pace was a little brutal. Now that I have seen both countries I realize I would have enjoyed it more if I had more time at various locations. It was wonderful to see so many different places but I think it would have more impact if the tour included visiting fewer locations but spending time and learning the history of some key destinations.

A first class experience.

They utilized very nice hotels, provided more meals than most tour services and had very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. In addition, the tour sites were well selected.

The tour was everything we hoped it would be. Our guide John was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were on point. The tour was a great way to see Ireland with a perfect mix of history, sightseeing and fun.

Tour arrangements were easy to make but airline reservations were very poorly handle. Multiple phone calls about seat assignments were not returned. In the end we had to pay extra directly to Aer Lingus to not be stuck in the last row of seats as assinged by CIE.
