Great trip!

Booking with CIE was one of the easiest booking experiences I have ever had. Every time I called with requests, payments, or questions they were friendly, and knowledgeable . Each call was followed with an email detailing the contents of our discussion.

This was my second tour with CIE and I would definitely recommend!

Ireland is a friendly and beautiful country

The booking service was helpful but the wait to speak with someone was always very long.

Exceptional guides/driver

Excellent tour. Especially enjoyed not being nickeled and dimed for extras. Everything is included! Exceptional guides/driver. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Would like option to pre-pay gratuities or have included in price. Did not like carrying cash for most of trip. Otherwise very pleased.

Answered all my questions when I was considering the tour and then followed up with me when I thought about transportation.

Gordon and John were both great!. Very accommodating and fun to talk with.

Ian McCarthy made our reservations for us which we greatly appreciated! With ultimately 6 of us traveling together, there were a few glitches but all worked out well, & yes, we would definitely use CIE again. Our tour director, Frank, was the absolute BEST!!! That particular tour was so enjoyable! We LOVED it!

Very good except did not offer a post or pre trip option. Would like to have arrived in Dublin prior to tour start date as there was not enough time to see and do all there is to do there.

Booking was seamless. The tour guide was very efficient, knowledgeable, and good humored. The accommodations were excellent as well as the meals provided. We had a great vacation and plan to travel with CIE again this year.

Dermot, our tour guide, was AMAZINNNGG!!!! His knowledge, personality, sense of humor, accommodating attitude made Ireland even more of a emerald gem. The accommodations at the Ashford Castle were gorgeous, the itinerary was full and enjoyable and I highly recommend this company and working with Dermot if you are able. Thank you for a memorable and meaningful experience

Legends tour was Outstanding! Tour guide was so knowledgeable.

The Legends tour was outstanding. Tour guide Colm Murphy was excellent. History and storytelling along the route was very memorable and made the trip so worthwhile. Ireland's beauty sells itself with no words required, but Colm's words and personality still topped it!

The Tour Guide and Driver were fantastic. Unfortunately they had to put up with infirm people who should have had carers with them. Too many things were squeezed in every day. Alot we could have done without. Found Belfast gaol very depressing plus some church with bones underneath did not appeal to me. This is my personal view only. I am also a vegetarian and found most dinners did not cater for this at the hotels. Rissotto seemed to be it. Can't stand rissotto. I am not a vegetarian by choice . Hotels were lovely. As I said, Tour Guide and Driver could not be faulted for their manners and patience. ( Patrick O'Riordan and Sam Lockhart). I would definitely book again but for a longer trip next time. This is my second CIE tour.

Our tour guide and bus driver Dominick Nixon was the greatest. All accommodations were fantastic.

Failure to meet us at Glasgow Airport

Good itinerary and good guide. I would use them again. A major problem was that when we arrived late at the Glasgow airport, because of a flight delay (a flight that they booked for us), no one was at the airport to meet us or direct us to how to get to the tour. A major problem in a foreign country, especially when the hotel we were to stay in that night was in Loch Lomond, a long distance out of town, and we had no transportation.

It was a wonderful experience and so happy that I had the opportunity to go with CIE Tours... My son gave it to me as a gift and I had and once in a lifetime trip that I will never forget... Everything was so organized and the staff was amazing... Love, love, love...
