Best tour ever.

Our tour guide Liam was so knowledgeable and very entertaining. The hotels and the food were all top notch. I would definitely recommend them.

I found CIE Tours through a search online and booked through CAA. The CAA Agent took care of all of the booking details for us.

Effortless Booking Process

My friend had already booked the trip over a month before I booked my trip and with ease the CIE booking representative set us up on the same exact flights so we could travel together. Booking this trip was literally effortless

Tour guide was excellent and luckily the group was a fun group to be with. Accommodations were very good, variety of dinners were included and everything was handled efficiently.

Easy to book, got what was indicated- would have been 5 stars if I hadn’t had to call twice to correct name error.

Pleasant and helpful all the way

The service and support I received from the booking agents was very good. As I was arriving later than other travellers in Glasgow, they communicated my flight arrival times to the tour director so she was made aware. Very supportive with every detail as I was doing 2 separate back-to-back tours of Scotland and Ireland.

Best Vacation I've Had In Years!

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with CIE!

I was a solo traveler and was made to feel very welcome and included. I made some good friends on this trip.

The Itinerary was wonderful and the Driver (Nigel) and Guide (Annika) were the best I could have hoped for. Due to weather, we were unable to go to the Isle of Skye as scheduled, but an alternative was quickly planned and we ended up with some extras that were not expected and had a great day!. They handled it very professionally with great care for all of us on the tour.

I plan on booking with CIE again and would recommend them to any other travelers.

Loved the Scots Irish Tour!

The booking service through CIE was so simple! CIE had everything we were looking for for our Honeymoon trip. Their customer service was great! Emailing questions sometimes took a while, but if you called they always answered, were so friendly, and answered any of your questions. I loved how our trip was for the most part, all inclusive. It was such a stress reliever to not have to worry about any of the details.

I was demanding

I was booking "Scottish Isles & Glens" & "The Outer Hebrides", two trips to Scotland, concurrently for 2019 with a tag on trip at the end of the second tour. I was very demanding but the CIE staff were very patient and helpful. Everything was booked to my perfect satisfaction!

I have already done "Elegant Ireland" and "Northern Welcome". Both were fabulous which is why I'm back for more.

I would recommend them and have. This is our second CIE tour and hopefully we will go again with your group! Thank you!

Trip of a Lifetime!

The booking process was very easy, the customer service agents were very responsive, offered help as I needed it and everything was incredibly seamless.
