CIE was a first class experience. We have traveled on several bus tours. We found CIE great in value. The itinerary was great. The guides informative, funny and culturally enriching. The accommodations were fantastic.

Great Service

Everything was simple and easy to understand. When booking, the customer service agent helped to find a flight and tour that could accommodate our time frame needed. They were so helpful.

I bought from before and I probably will again. my only issue is contacting someone when I need tom talk to someone. Sometimes it takes a while. Also we thought we had booked a small bus/van, but we got a large one.

An excellent tour. No glitches!

There were no problems with communication or in the arrangements for the tour. The tour itself was very much enjoyed by us. We chose this tour because it took us to places in the country we had not seen before.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our tour. Everything was taken care of for us. The hotels, meals and excursions were excellent. We were especially pleased with our driver, John Doran. He provided wonderful narration for the trip. Would definitely do a CIE tour again.

Our tour was amazing! Hotels were top notch. Sean our driver and guide was so accommodating and full of knowledge about everywhere we went and were. His sense of humor was great. We can not wait to return to Ireland and CIE will be our choice again.

Wonderfully planned and executed trip. Our tour director was a gem and looked after us as if we were in her own family. Lots of good, first hand info, including her native experiences growing up and raising her family. She did poetry readings, wonderful Irish stories and sang a song or two, all seemingly by memory. Any problems fellow travelers had were handled quickly and quietly.
Every day was better than the last... Great travels!

Yes, I would recommend CIE and have already done so. This was our 2nd trip with CIE in the same countries.

A wonderful experience.

We had great guides that knew the history of their country. Our bus driver had a great sense of humor and very thoughtful to our friend who has health issues. We enjoyed the hotels and our meals.

We hope to plan another trip with CIE.

Great tour driver, good hotels, blah food

Tour driver, Dominic, was fantastic. Knowledgeable and funny. Only complaint is the food. Breakfasts were always good. Dinners/lunch were the same everyday- blah. Hotels were very nice and in great locations. Unfortunately, we were there during unseasonably warm temperatures and most hotels don’t have air conditioning. Most in city centers, during World Cup, so opening windows was very loud. Just bad timing.
