A completely successful experience.

We were impressed with how well all activities including hotel stays, luggage handling, walking tours and special visits to attractions were organized. It was an entirely hassle free tour.

We loved the selection of hotels and the meals were of excellent quality.

The highest compliments go to our tour director, Dermot Honan. His narration throughout the tour was widely knowledgeable, interesting, thorough and captivating. We hung on his every word and wished we could have taken with us a written version of all the valuable information he shared with us about Ireland.

His professional manner and excellent driving made the rides in the comfortable coach a pleasure.

We will definitely recommend your CIE tours to our friends.

This trip was excellent and we loved every part of it! Our tour guide Lorenzo was amazing and provided us with very valuable knowledge. This trip allowed us to see all of the highlights of the major cities in Italy and our tour guide helped organize events we would like to do on our free time as well. This was an excellent trip for or first time to Italy.

Pretty much everything was done very well. We were very pleased.

Our Irish Gold Tour was amazing. Our guide and driver did a great job showing us the beauty of Ireland and making it all easy. Marian and Colin were thorough, professional, and also a whole lot of fun

I have taken two international tours of Ireland with CIE Tours, both I can only say were amazing. The professionalism of the tour guides, Sean Dunlevy on the first tour and Niall on the second were knowledgeable and fun. They took extra care to look out for senior guests and that each guest was able to enjoy themselves. It
Was their expertise that made me fall in love with the country, it’s history and it’s people.

I will use CIE again and know that another tour will be a grand experience and a value for the money.

What a fun-filled, educational tour. We had plenty of free time as well. Every hotel was wonderful--either fancy or quaint. So much good food too!

Fantastic tour of Scotland!

Booking the tour was extremely easy and the tour itself was outstanding. We had two guides through most of it and they were both great. It was a wonderful way to see a lot of Scotland in a short period of time. Very well done!!

Tour was ran like a well oiled machine , Driver / tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible . He was also very nice person and a comedian. All the hotels were very nice and I would rate everyone of them 4 stars .

Excellent trip but beware if flights booked by CIE

Everything on the tour was great. The communication from the head office in NJ, I cannot say the same. Once our deposits were made, I could not reach the agent but the sales/payment staff responded quickly to email.
We were a party of 4 but the tickets were issued for two groups of two; my wife and I and my 83 year old mother in law and her sister. The sister contacted your offices to correct her name on the reservations. The agent/person who made the changes cancelled the air tickets under the incorrect name but did not rebook the flight under the corrected name. Because of this, we could not select seats in advance and they would have had to fly on standby on an overbooked flight.Only through the help of very accommodating airline agents were we able to fix it but they had to fly out to Toronto and then to Dublin separately with a delay of a couple of hours.

Booking was a little awkward dealing with a broker not CIE directly. Not sure who to communicate with.

Loved our trip to Ireland and thought the tour with CIE was very well organized and we enjoyed all the places we visited. There were times when we would have liked to spend more time in some areas, but due to the schedule we had to move on. Our bus driver was very knowledgeable and experienced. Thought we would hear a few more jokes during our drives. Everyone on our bus was very friendly and we got to know almost everyone. All of the hotels we stayed in were nice and the food was good. My only complaint was that we never received our backpacks, luggage tags and whatever else we were supposed to receive even though I called many times to ask about it before and after the trip.

Tour of Scotland was great. We saw all the highlights of the entire country. Bus and hotels were excellent, food great, and tour guide Linda McKay was fantastic.

The tour itself was pleasant. The route was great. For me personally the tour guide was a wonderfulwarm person but her heavy Scotish accent prevent me from following the tour stories. In some of the hotels the shower did not function properly.
