Excellent! Very knowledgeable technicians.

The hotels were large and a good walking distance with luggage. It would be nice to offer an upcharge for extra luggage.

The hotels were very good. The driver was pleasant. The guide was fine although he seemed a little preoccupied and didn’t offer an over abundance of information or stories. Everything was fine but the last day seem to unravel. We gathered for a group picture at the base of Edinburgh castle and that was the last we saw of Gordon. I had to track him down to tip and also my daughter and I did not get a copy of the group photo as he did not have it or remind me to pick it up. In the confusion it was left behind.

Booking service was excellent; everything was taken care of with no issues. All tours were wonderful. Tremendous amount of knowledge was imparted. Guides had great sense of humor especially Brian and our great driver/guide Patrick. Loved the sheep dog experience and the just baked scones. Food was better than I thought it would be; delicious soups! I loved Ireland - excellent experience.

Yes I would book again. I felt the trip encompassed many of the highlights for both countries in the alloted time. As a first journey there, I couldn't have been more pleased. The things that made it special: the accomodations, the driver Aiden and tour guide in Ireland, our tour guides in Scotland, the comfort of the bus, and an extraordinary event --- the people on our bus were all congenial. We had a marvelous time.
I have been recommending CIE to many friends, and hope to take another tour with them one day. Thank you for asking for my feedback. Best wishes to all!

I cannot imagine a better introduction to Ireland than the historical and cultural staples we visited during our Irish Adventure Tour.
