Booked through Ed Diamond with Avoya who took good care of us.

Always courteous and responsive. Very helpful on resolving requests and issues. For example, even enroute I had scheduling changes and the CIE agent (Nicole) made sure I was taken care of with follow-up confirmation.

CIE was very organized and our tour director Jim was very knowable.

They were very organized and our tour director was very knowledgeable and kept our trip very interesting. I will definitely book thru them again.

Great overview

2nd CIE trip loved them both. Well planned itineraries, fun and fascinating venues. Drivers and tour guides were skilled and knowledgeable. We see much more on organized tours then we would in a week on our own. Great overviews for a first visit to a country. Plenty of opportunities for shopping and pictures. Love those Irish breakfasts!

CIE hit the mark!

Our tour guide was personable, knowledgeable, and entertaining. I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide! The pace was great, we saw so much of Ireland. The accommodations were fabulous.

Poor - took awhile for responses, got several incorrect responses.

Easy to book.

Easy to book, I called and they were more than happy to help us. I did not know that I could have /should have asked for different flight options/times for coming and going (which is my ignorance, no fault of CIE). I also did not know that I could have extended my trip (on my own) and CIE would have booked my flight coming or going even if it wasn't the first or last day of the CIE tour. So now I know for next time that it's way more flexible and I can basically customize my trip before and after the tour I choose! Meanwhile, between booking my trip and the departure date, customer service was always top notch whenever I called to ask a question.
Our tour guide David Turner was awesome! He was extremely knowledgable about each place we went and always had interesting and fun stories. Our driver Denis (do not recall his last name) was also very courteous and knowledgable. He made long stretches on the bus very comfortable. I hope to one day be on another tour with both David and Denis.

We truly enjoyed our honeymoon. Great sights, wonderful tour guides and bus driver.
However, we did not like or enjoy the Taste of Ireland Tour in Belfast. My husband and I had already set up to meet friends who live in Northern Ireland on a specific day and we had to change our/their plans at the last minute because of the CIE tour schedule being changed. It was alot of walking after we had done an excessive amount of walking that day, very little food and it was just not enjoyable. I suggest you take this out or improve it!

Absolutely!!....just about everything was great--tour director (Patrick), driver (Paul), the Castles, the history, the individual tours and the people that gave the tours, the food, the hotels, the Scotish people, the fact that everyone spoke English, even tho you had to pay close attention sometimes....I didn't like the way they measure out their drinks in those 25 ml cups...you definitely do not get your money's worth, but they make great cocktails and I got a few new recipes...

The booking service was awesome. Ian McCarthy was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. When I did have to call regarding the final payment, the person on the telephone was courteous and helpful too.
