Outstanding! Wonderful, fun & friendly coach driver and tour guide. Our Scotland tour was the best and they really paid attention to every detail to help give us the best experience!

Good itinerary, good hotels, choices of pubs to dine at, guides and drivers

The tour guides were very good - the coach was comfortable and a pleasure to ride in. Having wi-fi in it is great. The hotels chosen were very good - some had very small lifts, which caused some difficulties and lost time. Overall, the itinerary was interesting, and some were exceptional. One of the side benefits, particularly for the tour in Ireland, was the amount of information of life in Ireland shared by our tour director/driver. He helped make the tour.

Berthing

Driver knowledge about everything Irish. Clean accommodations, welcoming meals,luggage in my room ( always), great selection of sights to see.
Watched the movie field, listened to Irish music.
Driver was very helpful and showed a lot of interest in each of us.

Very easy, the phone agents are always great to work with.

Excellent tour. Well worth the money.

The tour was well organized and informative. Our tour guide, Martin, was knowledgeable and entertaining and Desmond our driver was an a amazing driver. Unfortunately we weren't able to go to the Isle of Skye due to weather but our guide took us on a scenic tour to our next destination, which in my opinion made up for it. Our tour guide even took the time to give us a informative class on the origins of Scotch Whiskey, which was greatly appreciated by many of us on the tour. The hotel accommodations were top notch and the service was great. I chose CIE due to the the online ratings and I have recommended them to friends and family. I will defiantly book with CIE again.

Had the best time with Brian Rice, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. He was always so informative, funny, organized, and timely. He made the trip special and overall an amazing experience.

Excellent tour. Hotels for the most part were top notch. Thought the hauling of luggage would be an issue, but never was. Places visited was top notch as well, but what made this trip extra special, was our tour guide Colin McMahon. His love of his country, his dedication to his job, his sense of humor, knowledge and his professionalism and his treatment of all of us on the tour was extra special. And what a great guy. He is a credit to your company. He made a once in a lifetime vacation, so extra special.

The people at CIE helped get us started and made the trip possible. Any time I called in they did all they could to help get my questions answered.

Russia is a must see
