A First Class Vacation!

With C*I*E Tours, everything is first class making for a first class vacation!

This was my second tour with C*I*E Tours and everything on my second tour was as excellent as it was with my first tour. You start with the numerous well planned variety of tours available, add in all of the wonderful inclusions, add to that terrific tour directors, and top it off with excellent customer service.

One of the things I like best with their tours are the things included with the tour. I don't need to do the planning - nor the driving. When we made a stop for the night, our room keys were waiting for us to pick up at the front and our rooms were ready for us. There was no need to either check into the hotel nor check out of the hotel. Luggage was brought to our room at each stop and picked up again the following morning. Breakfast was included each day as were our most of our dinners. Admission to any attractions was completely included. It makes budgeting for the trip easy.

In summary, there isn't much to do but relax and enjoy the vacation!

This was a good tour. A couple of long days which need to be broken up

Enjoyed the tour , especially since we were treated to great weather for the duration.
Found the history lessons interesting, the sites visited well maintained, the staff very accommodating.

John was phenomenal and a wealth of information about where we were and where we were going. The hotels were very very nice but the bus was not comfortable at all. Loved all our little stops and wish we had more time in York. I was told CIE was suppose to help since our first flight was cancelled and I booked through CIE but the lady I spoke with said she couldn’t help me so I am hoping to get some reimbursement for that flight and gas money it took to drive 4 1/2 hours to NYC to make out connection and start the tour on time

Coach guide was very personal. Billy asked everyday how we were doing and made sure hotel accommodations were good.

The tour director and bus driver did an amazing job for our trip. They were knowledgeable and very efficient throughout the trip.

I have and will vacation with CIE again. We saw so many different roads and new experiences from the other 3 times I’ve been to Ireland.

Tour was excellent Great sites to visit. Accomendations at manors were excellent.
Meals were very good. Our tour guide was outstanding and our bus driver did a good job of driving with no concerns. Could not have had a better trip. Would not change anything.

Amazing trip to Ireland! Our tour guide Phillip was both informative and entertaining and a pleasure to spend each day with. The people, the sites, the landscape, the food and drinks were all fantastic! I look forward to my next adventure and would definitely use CIE Tours again!

Great sights but Bus overkill

The bus driver and tour guide were AMAZING! They made the trip. They were full of information and ideas. They went above and beyond to take care of everyone’s needs.

What the tour had to offer was amazing. The sights, the itinerary, the accommodations, and the food was all wonderful.

Good visit to Scotland, great selection of locations.

Good selection of sites. Motels were fine. Food got boring. Tour bus great. Guide never stopped talking.

The tour guides were excellent and the bus drivers were very careful and took our safety seriously. Marian K., our tour guide in Ireland, was extremely knowledgeable, organized and met all the qualifications for an superior tour guide.

This was the trip of a lifetime! We were very impressed with our tour guide and driver, Frankie Mulcahy. His narration throughout the trip taught us immensely about Irish history, geology, and culture. We always felt safe in his care. Everything went very smoothly with the hotels, dinners, breakfasts, and excursions. We will definitely think of CIE in future.

The roads in Scotland were challenging, but our driver, Gordon, was skilled and made me feel very comfortable. He was also friendly and had a great sense of humor. The tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful and funny. The accommodations were satisfactory and the food was good. I wish I had known that there were fans available for some of the hotel rooms and that there were additional foods (such as porridge) available at breakfast, all one had to do was ask.

A tour for all ages!

The Taste of Ireland tour was life changing for me. I loved every second and I can’t say enough about our tour guide, Dermot. His timing and story telling were impeccable. He was witty and informative and even played Irish music for us. The CIE touring parts were set up nicely and easy to follow and everything was explained to us in detail by Dermot. He also gave great suggestions on food and shopping! The CIE bus was comfortable and spacious and had nice AC and nice speakers so we could all hear Dermot. I was on a gals trip with my sister and grandmother and we all enjoyed it alike! I definitely highly recommend and will return to Ireland with CIE!!

Amazing tour director, amazing driver, amazing places--and amazing Orkney!

CIE service through tour director Onya and tour driver Gordon was fantastic. Onya especially came through because my luggage had been lost (and still hasn't been sent to me a week after my return home). Both Onya and Gordon went above and beyond not only to give us an amazing tour but also to help with different things that came up along the way.

Had a fantastic experience and our director Phillip was excellent.
