Excellent tour. Hotels for the most part were top notch. Thought the hauling of luggage would be an issue, but never was. Places visited was top notch as well, but what made this trip extra special, was our tour guide Colin McMahon. His love of his country, his dedication to his job, his sense of humor, knowledge and his professionalism and his treatment of all of us on the tour was extra special. And what a great guy. He is a credit to your company. He made a once in a lifetime vacation, so extra special.

Wonderful trip Start to Finish

The people at CIE helped get us started and made the trip possible. Any time I called in they did all they could to help get my questions answered.

Russia is a must see

Very accommodating with obtaining the letter needed to apply for our Visa and working with us on our flight arrangements.

Gold Tour Review

The tour was well planned. Tour guide and bus driver were friendly and helpful. The destination spots were excellent. Meals were mostly good. It was very fast paced. My family would have like a bit more 'down' time. We changed hotels rapidly and by day 6 it grew tiresome.

Our guides and driver were fantastic. The hotels, meals, and entertainment were all outstanding. No complaints! I could not have asked for a better tour and highly recommend it to others.

Brian was a wonderful guide and Lee a skilled driver. The hotels were awesome - not a single complaint. We enjoyed all the sights we visited. I can’t wait to do another CIE tour!

The tour guide (Onya) and director (Harry) were exceptional. They were funny, knowledgeable, passionate and caring. The tour was busy, the hotels very good and the food also very good. I was very pleasantly surprised by all of the activities and the fact that extra costs were not needed.

Both tours were good. The Scottish leader left something to be desired.

The booking service was excellent. However, the welcome package was useless as we didn't receive it before we left home, but at our destination. We did not need more backpacks, luggage tags etc. as we already had them to travel to the hotel.
