This was the second time we have travelled with CIE, and the booking experience went quite a bit better. Last year we booked an Ireland tour and encountered several problems in the beginning of the booking..

and Excellent service from start to finish. Great tour guides and drivers, very knowledgable and personable. Hotels were all nice, food and entertainment were good also.

CIE makes group travel fun, with great tours and well-planned stops and organized trip: Relaxing and fantastic way to visit Ireland. Beginning with the call center that answered all my questions,then there was the terrific bag of swag with trip details -- to get really even more excited, a wonderful itinerary, knowledgeable and helpful guide/bus driver.

This tour was exceptional! My husband and I enjoyed every minute of it. The itinerary contained fun experiences every day. Each hotel was terrific! The people we met on the tour were friendly and fun to be with. Our Driver/Guide, Denis O'Sullivan was very personable, entertaining, knowledgeable about Irish history and fun! He also was an expert, careful and patient driver! Thank you Denis for all you did to give us a memorable and exceptional vacation!

The booking service was very good and took care of all my question esp. since I was traveling alone.

Booking with CIE was easy and it was convenient to do everything in one place. Ian, who I booked with, was quick with responses to any questions I had and very informative. The only issue I had was with our flights that we booked through CIE. We booked well in advance of our departure date and they had our party of 2 in the very last row in the center of the plane with other people when there were aisles of 2 seats along each side of the plane. And the airline wouldn't let me change my seats on the phone or the website because we booked through a third party and when I asked CIE to change our seats I was told they couldn't. So next time I would book my own airfare so I could choose my own seats.

Everything about our experience with CIE Tours was wonderful!!

Every representative I talked with was friendly, courteous and very helpful. My questions were always answered clearly and professionally. Travel information and materials arrived on time as promised. The only disappointment for my husband and I was not having seats together on our flights to Ireland. At the airport on the day of departure, we were able to get our seats reassigned and together, for our flights home.
