Trip of a lifetime!

Great accommodations and wonderful tour guide and bus driver. We saw many sites that we would not have known about on our own.

The booking service was great. Every time I called them they were extremely helpful and polite. I would have liked a few follow-up calls or letters to make sure everything was still good in the 13 months or so between our booking and our trip.

This group of folks is always great about finding the right package, including airfare, for any budget.

Outstanding tour! Great blend of three beautiful countries. The hotels and food were amazing. In addition, Dee, our guide, and Sarah, our driver were awesome! First time with CIE and I will use them, again! Loved the backpack, travel bag, adapters, etc!

The only problem encountered was the Norwegian Air had trouble locating our reservation when we checking in, but it was resolved.

Great Self-Drive Trip to Ireland

We booked their services through Liberty Travel so everything went smoothly. I picked out all of our B&B's and was happy with most of them. CIE gave us each a nice care package before we left consisting of a backpack, luggage tags, luggage straps, rain ponchos, info books, etc that were very useful on our trip.

Everything was well done, the ease of booking, confirmation and support materials, tour guide & bus driver, time spent in locations and information shared were all excellent. This was my first tour with CIE and my first bus tour, there were so many things that I imagined that might have gone wrong. None of them happened, I highly recommend CIE for creating such a wonderful experience.

Loved the tour! Showed the many side of Ireland, history, culture, Natural attractions industry, food music!

I'm inspired to revisit Ireland and spend more time in depth!

Easy booking

Booking was easy and they got us good flights. Our hotels were excellent. The itinerary was great.

Self-drive tour mostly great, needs a few tweaks

The tour was generally well arranged and organized. Hotel accommodations were great!. I have 2 areas where service could be improved. First, as a self-drive tour customer, you really are on your own when arriving at Dublin. CIE agents are there to meet bus and organized tour passengers, but generally did not provide assistance to self-drivers. Second, at the end of the tour, our voucher took us to the downtown rental car drop off point, not Dublin airport. We had to take a cab, at our own expense, to the airport.

The knowledge and expertise of the guides and drivers was top notch. They told the story as we travelled in total comfort. The accommodation, meals and activities were excellent and I would highly recommend CIE to anyone wanting to see the UK and Ireland.

Booking was easy. All of my questions were answered. When I called about not receiving my "Go To Guide" I was sent on by mail and also sent a PDF of the brochure in case the mailed one did not arrive before our departure.
