Scottish & Irish Gold - 16 Days/15 Nights
Scottish and Irish Gold was a good trip. My only complaint was our additional day in Dublin at the end of the tour. We had vouchers for the Hop-on-Hop-off bus, but were not able to use them. We walked almost a mile to the bus stop from our hotel and waited 1 1/2 hours in the rain for the bus to come. I had the bus app and they kept saying the bus was coming, but it never did. We walked back to the hotel and decided to take a taxi to the Irish Immigration Museum so we could use our voucher for that, but there were no taxis available. I believe the source of all these problems was the Dublin marathon which really affected the whole city. So if the marathon coincides with the free day in Dublin for future travelers, they need to be aware that they will probably have to walk anywhere they want to go.

Overall we had a very good experience. We wish we could of spent more time in some of the location stops. Also wish the morning starts weren't so early.

Scottish Dream - 8 Days/7 Nights
Nice to let someone else plan the trip while we enjoyed!
This was not the original trip we'd planned on but CIE helped us switch to this trip when the first was cancelled. They were very responsive, which was great. Unfortunately, the airfare had increased in between the time we scheduled the first and then the second trip. It was nothing they could do anything about, though. The tour guide, Iain, and our driver, Brendan, were amazing and totally made the trip. The stops were great. The stop at the Isle of Skye was way out of the way, particularly at this time of year when the ferry was not running, but still nice to drive through it. All in all, I'd recommend CIE.

Northern Lights Quest of Iceland - 6 Days/5 Nights
Tour guide was exceptional. Enjoyed the sites. Need a better plan for early arrivals at hotel. We arrived by 8am. No rooms are ready and there is no where to relax. Tour didn’t start till late afternoon . People were sleeping in the hotel lobby

Irish Odyssey - 12 Days/11 Nights
My daughter and I took the Irish Odyssey tour and it was amazing. Our tour guide, Colm, receives very high marks from us. He was knowledgeable, helpful and humorous. The tour flowed perfectly. We saw everything we wanted to see and still had downtime to do our own thing!

Scottish Dream - 8 Days/7 Nights-Wonderful tour with an amazing tour guide
Everyone was amazing. Fiona was our tour guide and was absolutely fantastic. And then when my dad got sick on the tour she was a tremendous support. She provided guidance and phone numbers. She continued to check in with us after the tour ended to make sure we made it home. I can't say enough good things about her. She made a very difficult situation manageable. I can never say enough about how much I appreciated her.

Irish Adventure - 8 Days/7 Nights-WONDERFUL experience, my Ireland Adventure!
This was my first trip to Europe and my first group tour, and I could not be more pleased with my experience with CIE. I even ended up going Solo because my friend had to cancel last minute due to health issues. The Irish Adventure was just a perfect introduction to the beautiful island and our guide and driver, Denis was not only an excellent driver, but his knowledge of Ireland's history and enthusiasm in sharing it made it an even more memorable experience. Thank you CIE, I'm already planning another trip!

Taste of Italy with Sorrento - 10 Days/9 Nights-Great balance of group time and free time
This was my second tour with CIE. I loved the included hotels for both their locations and amenities. We had a professional bus driver and a tour manager. The tour manager was excellent! She kept us informed about times and places to meet, and also the history of each place we visited. Local guides were very professional and informative. I loved the balance of free time and tour time. We were able to explore the places we visited. It was nice to have activities, tickets and some meals included as a part of the trip. The group size was manageable and it was fun to share experiences with others in the group.

Our Iceland vacation was absolutely fantastic! We saw so many beautiful and interesting places. Our tour guide was amazing and did a wonderful job showing us all the sights.

I thought the tour was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. The hotels the food and the service was great. I expected and got an overview of the country of Ireland. Our guide and driver Tony was fun and informative.

Irish Classic - 13 Days/12 Nights-Excellent quality, value and itinerary. 💚
The itinerary was so well organized and efficient to get a good taste of the various regions of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. With everything included it's a terrific value. Our tour guide, Brian Rice, was outstanding - tremendous knowledge of Ireland and its history, great patience and wonderful personality. Pat, the coach driver, was a delight and very professional.
