Great tour

The tour was well organized and professionally guided.
The only problems were there were at least 3 activities packed into each day that included walking at least a mile each. The free time was not included as an activity. I think this is fine for some. But it should be accurately described when booking.

Wonderful trip to Scotland and Ireland

I really enjoyed this trip! I feel I saw the best, top attractions of Scotland and Ireland. I wish I could go back again now!

Great service and well planned

Every part of this tour in Ireland was great..very nice hotels with breakfast and dinner, great coach and driver to take us around the country. Great planning to see many sights. The hotel personnel were great, our bus driver was a master driver, and every day was planned with a little time to walk around on our own.
My friend took care of the booking for the two of us, and had no problems at all.
I would recommend CIE to all, and would definitely plan on their service if I take another trip.

Great trip experiencing England, Scotland, and Ireland!

The trip was amazing. The food provided, travel arrangements, the schedule, and itenerary were amazing. Most of the hotels provided were amazing upscale experiences. The hotel in Cardiff was a dump, the only true disappointment. Our guide Pat was knowledgeable, easy to converse with, and a total joy on the trip. Our main driver Dave made us feel safe and was well experienced. Overall it was one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you!

Booking the trip was quick and easy. The booking agents were very helpful and found us a trip that was different than we originally planned because ours was full. It turned out to be a great trip.

Wonderful Pub Tour

The tour was very nice and we were able to see lots of Ireland. Les our bus driver was amazing. He knew so much about everywhere we went. The bus was comfortable and clean. The hotels were all nice and clean. The sites that we stopped at were beautiful.

It was a great tour; I came back looking forward to go in again

I booked online; it was very convenient. I didn't initially go through a travel agent, and I had a little confusion about the transfer from the airport to the hotel, but the CIE rep at the airport was kind enough to arrange a cab for me.

It was a great tour, overall. So much easier, and informative, than driving myself around. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the driver and the tour guides were both very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a trip to Ireland.

Easy, effecient

Best vacation ever!

This was the easiest vacation I've ever booked. Everything was handled by CEI and their staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the time of your lives. We will definitely book through CEI again!

This was our 2nd tour to Ireland with CIE and will definitely use CIE for future tours. Booking agents were very helpful. Our tour director, coach driver, and hotels were excellent.

Great tour but needed more time for enjoying small towns

Pros: our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable; the accommodations were excellent. Cons: the first day in Dublin was a waste because our hotel was too far out of the city to use our Hop On/Hop Off bus pass; wish we could have stopped in more small towns rather than just driving through.
