This may not be much of a review, but it was great!

Not sure what you mean by booking service. Not the tour itself, but the logistics folks? Everything was great. Very satisfied.

This may be off topic, but I would have appreciated an opportunity to wash our clothes mid-tour. We didn't want to travel too heavy.

Able to revised departure flight times & arrival time in Dublin to hotel

The booking process was easy. When a issue regarding 1 of our group could not make the the departure time of the CIE planned flight, the agents happily booked an alternate flight. Two of the party arrived in Dublin past the time frame for free shuttle - a taxi voucher was provided.

Excellent tour. Airline bookings allowed sufficient time between flights. Hotel accommodations and meals were very good. Our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable and entertaining.

I used a travel agent for my first trip with CIE to Scotland and this time called and talked with a wonderful and extremely helpful CIE agent, Dara Revins. Excellent flight schedules and pricing and answered many questions about travel in general.

Wonderful tour, great guide, a beautiful adventure!

The tour of Scotland was amazing! Each day was full of beauty and adventure. The tour guide "Pat " was very informative, funny and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. This was my second tour with CIE and both tours were well worth the money. The accommodations were also very nice the the coach was very clean and comfortable. The scenery was beautiful and the locations we visited were very interesting. I look forward to my next tour with CIE.

This was our 2nd time traveling with CIE and it was once again an amazing and memorable experience!

Excellent tour group- highly recommend!

Tour was excellent! We had a superior driver. He gave us a lot of information about Ireland’s history. We did the Southern Ireland tour. The country is beautiful! We were able to spend enough time in Dublin to see most of the city. Highly recommend CIE. We will use them for our next trip.

Continuity from pickup, into hotels, timing ETD & ETD & venues. Only down side asking over the top tips at Euro 8.00 when brochure recommends Euro 6.00.
Noting that CIE employee minimum salary Euro 38,000/annum and may receive up to Euro 48.00/hr on Sat & Sun. If CIE not paying above then they are delinquent.

Pat was a wonderful driver/tour guide. He went above and beyond many times. I liked the locations and enjoyed the music during some of the longer driving periods. The rest stops were well planned. I did like not feeling like I had to buy extra excursions to make the most of the trip.

I booked through Authentic Ireland who were very easy to deal with.

Everything about the Elegant Ireland tour was terrific! The hotels were lovely, the coach comfortable, the driver/guide was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly loves his work and his country. This was just a great experience all around.
