Scotland/Ireland Dream

Very good. Need more local dining vs. hotel dining which has same exact meals. More free time to explore on your own. Need less gift shop stops.Ginnis and Jamison tour needs to be added. I would book CIE tours again if the itinerary was more detailed.

Booked through our travel agent. That was easy. The packet os paperwork, luggage tags etc could have arrived earlier. Getting it less than a week before departure was not ideal. And we found that our fellow travelers received a backpack. We did not. I saw how that backpack came in so handy for them during the tour.

Taste of Scotland and Ireland

Our agent was not very communicative. Had some problems that were not addressed.

Good tour but needs some improvements

We used Vacation to Go for our booking and they were excellent. Preston Christopher was very helpful and professional.

Wondferful trip !

The booking service couldn't have been smoother. Of course we have travelled with CIE Before, touring Scotland in 2015, so we are aware of what a first class organization CIE is !

October Ireland Adventure

The booking process went smoothly. A courteous attendant was there to assist me when I needed to retroactively add airport transfers.

The agenda was clearly defined and prior to the trip was reiterated along with backpack gift

CIE tour, bus, driver, and guide was great. Pick up at airport was ok, driver had patience with the horrendous traffic. Trip back to airport was great. Our driver was super nice. Hotel rm was old but clean. Hotel asked for a $50 refundable deposit. Location of hotel was great.

It far surpassed our expectations. The whole tour and Ian were GREAT!

Everything about the tour was SUPER! The information shared by our guide was great. The size of the group (22) was ideal. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend CIE to anyone looking for a tour experience.

The actual tour in Ireland was amazing, but our travel agent was hard to get ahold of and details we not correct or consistant.

We had a wonderful trip. Sam our tour guide/ driver was wonderful. The itinerary covered a lot of great places.

Wonderful time in Mystical Ireland!

Had a great time! The Tour Director John was great and so was Salah the Driver! John new all about Ireland and Sarah diving was unbelievable in driving the narrow winding roads of Ireland. Kissed the Blarney Stone! What more can I say!
