A Scottish Dream come true

This was our 1st trip to Scotland and we had a great experience with CIE. We were able to see everything as outlined in our itinerary except for one ferry ride that was canceled by the ferry company. Our tour guide Peter and driver Nigel were wonderful! Our accommodations were comfortable, rooms were clean and the included meals were very good.

All staff we spoke with were just excellent, very helpful.

CIE was fantastic from start to finish. The customer service center was on top of everything - getting back to me; following through on requests; and attentive.The tour itself was everything I could have hoped for on my first visit to the land of my ancestors. The bonus was our guide Michael. His knowledge, passion, and kindness made the trip that much more special. CIE is the way to go.

Wonderful introduction to Scotland.

Service was great and will recommend highly to friends. Ross was a terrific tour guide.

Tour guide gave us a good impression as the touring schedule was running smooth and on schedule.

However, a small disappointed to the hotels that some of them was only 3-star (not 4-star as promised).

The entire process was made easy with CIE. Once we made the decision to visit Ireland, CIE streamlined everything which allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation.

The tour exceeded expectations, especially Colin our guide/driver. The sights included were very well organized and laid out. Colin added many personal insights which highlighted our tour. CIE was just amazing from start to finish! Definitely considering more CIE tours in the future!

Everything was very well organized for our Taste of Ireland tour and we enjoyed it so much. It was a wonderful week and our driver/tour guide, Patrick Smith, was the best. He was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun! We would recommend your company and that tour to anyone.

It is wonderful to call an office and have a person answer. Questions were answered honestly and issues were addressed quickly. Very professional.

Great Tour of Ireland for a fair price.

Overall good just a few hiccups...

Love the no-options being sold. Most things were great. Bus, driver, guide, itinerary, all excellent. Had one bad hotel and the ferry was cancelled to the isle of Skye the day we were supposed to take it. Wish there were also a few local walking tours like there was on our Ireland tour last year.

We spoke with two different agents based in Cork, who were very informative and extremely helpful in answering all our questions about the itinerary, air options, etc. very happy with their service.
