Great vacation

I had an amazing vacation. The sites were breathtaking and our tour guide/driver Mr. Murt O'Shea of Killarney was absolutely amazing! I'd definitely would visit my second home Ireland again and again and again :)

With the storm Babet playing havoc with our tour, the tour guide (Ian) was outstanding on keeping us informed and providing other things for us to do. Also the bus driver Gordan) was outstanding in the bad weather.

A Great English tour

A great touring company. They. really put a lot into the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tours very good. An excellent value.

My family of four truly enjoyed the Scotland/Ireland trip with just the right amount of time structured vs free time. It was both informative and stress free with comfortable accommodations and enjoyment. Paul our driver was entertaining and considerate of all the customers, even going out of his way to return to a hotel, where someone forgot their personal items. Please give Paul high marks for customer service.

A Wonderful Tour

I never imagined a bus tour could have been so wonderful. Every day, regardless of weather, was fun and exciting. My fellow tour members became very close.

Exploring the Scottish Highlands and Irish north shore

Scottish tour guide, Irish bus driver and guide were knowledgeable, professional and most importantly fun! They also anticipated the audience within the tour which made it a pleasurable experience. Hotel selection was top notch. Sites chosen for visiting picked up the highlights of both northern Scotland and the north shore of Ireland (and Northern Ireland). There was a schedule, but never felt rushed.

We were lucky enough to have a great travel group as well as awesome guides. The stops at points of interest were beautiful. It was fast paced, as described. We saw sooo much! Billy, our driver and Irish guide was phenomenal! So smart and personable. They helped us to see the importance of things as well as the beauty.

Best time in Ireland 🇮🇪

Both my husband Jose and I, had the most memorable trip. We were guided by Alester and driven by Brendan (they make a great team). The sites we were taken to have great history info and the pub stops we made were awesome. The hotels were pleasant, breakfasts were good as well as the dinners.
Both Jose and I are definitely planning on going back to Ireland.

The tour guide was excellent and so was our bus driver. They were both professional and know their stuff. They were also fun to hang out with . All the hotels were top notch.

Best Ireland Vacation!

They did everything well! We especially liked our primary guide and bus driver, Mark. He made the trip. I can not imagine a better driver/guide.
We experienced so much of Ireland on this tour. Beautiful country and friendly people. Our tour included so many wonderful experiences I can not choose a favorite! Hotels were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The castle was our favorite lodging of course. Meals provided were delicious. I would recommend CIE Tours 100%!

Taste of Scotland & Ireland

Loved every minute of the tour. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would do it again anytime and will definitely be using CIE tours on my next trip. Our bus driver Sam and our guide were amazing. Sorry ive forgotten her name. Thoroughly enjoyed the banter between the two of them.

Out tour bus driver Paddy was fantastic as were the hotels and all the stops along the way. I would highly recommend CIE tours. Ireland is a beautiful country, as are the people.

Beautiful Ireland

Our driver/guide Colm was very knowledgeable, personable and fun. He took us to places not on the tour when there was extra time. Food was great 99% of the time.. Coach was comfortable.

Fun and worthwhile

Great Driver, good tours, interesting stops, Food was so- so but the venues were great. Good way to see Ireland and Scotland.

Guide Patrick and driver Graeham were amazing. Absolutely made the trip the best it could be. Second team of Martin and Marian were great also but didn't compare to the first set of Pat/Graham. I think the Abbey is a must to see. 3-4 castle are enough for a trip. Anymore they just aren't as interesting. The whole bus loved the little pubs in the country where they played traditional music. Side trip to the local chocolatier store due to a storm was amazing. Another favorite of the whole bus. Great food but would offer a little more variety. One tourist had needed a special diet and the tour was very accommodating. Everybody on the trip was treated like royalty. Would highly recommend this tour group to anyone and actually thinking of another trip thri CIE tours next year. Just wish we could request Patrick and Graeham team.

We loved every minute of the Taste of Ireland tour!

The tour was very well thought out. We really enjoyed all the experiences of the tour. Our guide was wonderful. Our group was a great bunch of people. It felt great to be taken care of at every step of the way.

We loved our tour with C.I.E. Our driver and tour guide was exceptional and so much fun! We learned so much about the country and its people. Knowing hotels, 2 meals each day, entrance fees to the sights, and guided walking tours were all taken care of and included in the cost. The only thing I would caution you about is if you think you can check Ireland off your bucket list, think again - you’ll want to go back!

Don't pass CIE tours by! It's an amazing experience!

I was so impressed with the knowledge and kindness of my driver and tour guide! I would definitely recommend CIE to anyone who wanted to go on a fabulous tour of Ireland and Scotland! Beautiful country and history!

A Wonderful 11-day Fieldtrip!

Our driver was surperb! The tour guides for each city were knowledgeable and very engaging. I loved all of the scenery we experienced and history we learned about. When asked, I tell people that it seemed like I was on an 11-day fieldtrip.

Our accomodations were very comfortable and top-notch as was the food. It was also great not to have to cart my luggage to and from the bus to my hotel room. As a single traveler, I always felt safe and involved with my tourmates.

My CIE Tour, Taste of Scotland and Ireland, was a wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime (for me) experience! Whenever I look at my pictures, I love the experience even more. I have recommended it and will continue to do so.
