Booking was a pretty easy process. We had 4 people in our group, so that confused things a little, but overall it was a good experience.

No problem with booking. There is problem the first day when we were dropped off at a hotel different from what we have in record without letting us know beforehand. The matter was taken care of but after initial confusion. The rest of the tour went well. The tour manager was very helpful and attentive thereafter.

This trip was excellent and we loved every part of it! Our tour guide Lorenzo was amazing and provided us with very valuable knowledge. This trip allowed us to see all of the highlights of the major cities in Italy and our tour guide helped organize events we would like to do on our free time as well. This was an excellent trip for or first time to Italy.

Working with Trena was not easy. We ended up with no service from airport to hotel. Also we did not find out the hotel until we arrived in Warsaw. Then had to call the hotel to find out which one it was. Not good.

Awesome tour of Croatia with a day trip to Montenegro! I highly recommend this bus tour. The accommodations were excellent. This was my first foreign trip and once I landed in Zagreb, I didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying the country.

Having done a tour in Ireland, which was excellent, we were disappointed in some of the busses used. On the long trip from Venice to Florence, the air con. failed and the temp. reached 34 degrees for a couple of hours. The solution was to put up with it till wd reached our destination. Also, the tour guide was mediocre.
