Pleasant, easy booking service.
Very pleased with all aspects of the trip. Experienced a lot of what Scotland had to offer. Would have liked to have spent more time at Holyroodhouse. We spent about 45 minutes taking group pictures there which was wonderful, but that cut into our time doing the inside tour and we had to cut that short. We have had a couple of bus tours where a professional photographer took one group picture and then offered to all free of charge. Maybe consider doing that? Other than that, very pleased with this tour.

I thought our Clans and Castles tour was great. We had several nights in each hotel, which made travel simpler than other tours I've been on. Stops were not always long enough in small towns where we would have liked additional time to wander through small towns and stop in the shops. Lunch stops were not ideal, as they had to find places to accommodate large groups and a tour bus, so these weren't always very authentic places. Dinners at the hotels were excellent and had an abundance of choices and more than enough in terms of quantity. Overall, we had an excellent experience and got to see a lot of Scotland while having a comfortable pace with time throughout the day to enjoy the culture.
