How It Works
- We create a personalized certificate which includes the recipient’s name, amount, reservation number, and “Redeem By” date (24 months from the issue date)
- You present the certificate to the recipient – you may email or print the certificate for gifting.
- The recipient redeems when ready - they simply call CIE Tours or their travel agent and reference the reservation number printed on the certificate. We’ll apply the gift amount to their chosen CIE Tours vacation

Terms and Conditions
CIE Tours gift certificate may be applied toward any guided tour, self-drive vacation, or custom travel. Gift certificates are valid for 24 months from the date of issue, and the applicable expiration date will be noted on the recipient’s certificate.
A reservation number is required when redeeming the gift certificate.
Gift certificates may be redeemed directly with CIE Tours or applied to reservations made through a travel agent. Travel must be booked in advance and is subject to availability and CIE Tours’ standard booking terms.
Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or misplaced gift certificates may only be replaced with proof of purchase and verification of remaining balance. Use of a gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms. CIE Tours may update gift certificate terms at any time.
