Terms & Conditions
*Groups Booking Bonus offer valid through April 30, 2026 for NEW group bookings on most 2026 and 2027 guided vacations.
2027 Groups:
Groups traveling in 2027 qualify for a C$1,000 booking bonus. Blocking space with zero down requires a minimum of 25% of the group space to be booked and deposited within 90 days of the confirmation date. An Early Commitment Benefit of up to 5% is available for 90 days from confirmation. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2027.
2026 Groups:
Groups traveling in 2026 qualify for a C$600 booking bonus. Blocking space with zero down requires at least 25% of the group space to be booked and deposited within 60 days of the confirmation date or 100 days prior to departure, whichever comes first. An Early Commitment Benefit of 5% is available for 60 days from confirmation. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026.
General Groups Terms & Conditions:
A minimum of 10 travelers is required. The booking bonus will be applied to the group 75 days prior to departure. A C$250 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits made under the Early Commitment Benefit are non-refundable but fully transferable to another booking or passenger. Tour conductor credits may be applied to a passenger, added as additional group commission, or applied as an overall group discount for guests. This offer is not valid on Custom Private Groups.
