Travel Advisor Appreciation

1. Eligibility 
The CIE Tours “Travel Advisor Appreciation” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who, at the time of entry:

Are verified travel advisors with a valid IATA, CLIA, or equivalent credential;

Submit the official giveaway entry form; and

Are subscribed to receive CIE Tours marketing emails.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CIE Tours International (“Sponsor”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and those living in the same household, are not eligible.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period & Method 
The Giveaway entry period begins at 12:00 AM ET on April 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official entry form during the Entry Period and meet all eligibility requirements outlined above.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Eligibility will be verified by the Sponsor based on submitted credentials and email subscription status.

3. Winner Selection & Notification 
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or before June 30, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry and must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within this timeframe or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prize Details 
The winner will receive one (1) CIE Tours 7-day guided tour for two (2) people, based on double occupancy.

The specific tour itinerary will be selected by the winner, subject to availability, with itinerary and departure date availability verified by the Sponsor. Airfare is not included.

The tour must be booked by December 31, 2026 for travel completed by December 31, 2027.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Publicity Release 
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and basic identifying information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions 
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, human, or system errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CIE Tours, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

Travel Agent Discount: 
30% discount applicable verified travel advisors and a companion sharing the same room on the land portion of Scheduled Tours in Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales, Iceland, Italy and Spain. A limited number of spots are available per departure. Excludes Groups, Military Tattoo Departures, Private Driver, and self-drive options. Single occupancy requires payment of the full single supplement rate. Subject to availability, not combinable with any other CIE Tours offers or discounts and may be withdrawn at any time. Other conditions may apply. C$250 non-refundable deposit required. Booking is non-commissionable and does not apply to any earned rewards.
