Scots Irish Tour - 11 Days/10 Nights
Very nice accommodations and meals. Well curated attractions. Very good, and broad range, of attractions giving a great sampling of Scotland and Ireland. On the other hand, a couple of days were a tad too long. I didn’t need to tour quite as many castles, although I would have liked to have toured Doune Castle. I particularly liked when we stayed at the same hotel for two nights; it made the pace less harried.

Massimo was a great guide. Loved the itinerary! Good food, small group, stayed at one hotel for the duration. A great trip on CIE!

Dream Trip
The sights we saw were amazing and gave the full experience of Ireland. I enjoyed that we went to small towns, tried several different homemade scones, were taken all around Ireland. I would recommend CIE Tours. We had a great first experience taking a guided tour and will most likely book a guided tour again based off this experience. I wish we could have spent more time at the Giants Causeway and less stops for shopping. The Overnight stop at Derry felt like a filler and I feel like with so little to do there one night in Derry would have been more than enough, allowing for a second night in Belfast.

Classic Sicily - 8 Days/7 Nights
Excellent overall
We enjoyed our tour with Romina and saw beautiful parts of Sicily with delicious food. Some of our highlights were the cooking school lunch, the winery lunch, Temples walk, Cefalu town and dinner, Taormina town and the beautiful cathedrals of Palermo. One major issue was the hotel choice in Taormina. It was not handicap assessible and required a 40 euro ride into town as we had a wheelchair. No dinner served at the hotel either so this was a miss in such a beautiful place. Also enjoyed the honey and olive stops along the way to make local purchases. We truly fell in love with Sicily and want to return.

Best of Spain - 9 Days/8 Nights
Organizing to and from the airports was excellent and taken care of completely by CIE. The itinerary was great. Hitting all of the high points with several unique spots. All of the hotels were above average except the hotel in Valencia was okay. I would highly recommend CIE Tours.

Best of Spain - 9 Days/8 Nights
A wonderful trip
This is the third CIE tour I’ve taken. Because of my exp with the other two I decided to go with CIE for this one. The guide did a wonderful job along with our driver. My husband and I enjoyed all the cities we visited. The local guides were very good at giving the history of their city and the sites we visited. The cities had amazing architecture. The history and culture were very interesting.

Northern Lights Quest of Iceland - 6 Days/5 Nights
Sit Back and Relax
Our guide knew the best places to get photos and the best order to visit sites to make the most of time at each stop. We had time to explore and our guide offered all the history on each site, making it that much more interesting. This was our second trip with CIE and did not disappoint!
We love hearing the history of each location on our way to see them in person. The included meals and shopping stops allows us to not worry about where to find food or bathroom breaks and gives you time to just take in the scenery.

Fantastic Vacation
Outstanding tour and guide! My family and I had an amazing time on this Southern Ireland tour. The itinerary was well-paced and covered stunning sites like the Cliffs of Moher and Ring of Kerry, and plenty of time in Dublin as well as the charming towns of Killarney and Kilkenny. Our tour guide was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of great stories. Accommodations were comfortable and well-located. Everything was well-organized and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic and memorable Ireland experience!

Best of Britain - 9 Days/8 Nights
Outstanding Guide and a Fabulous Itinerary
The service and accommodations were excellent. But the really outstanding part of our vacation was the insight, humor and knowledge of our guide John Cunningham! He was friendly, helpful and resourceful. Whenever possible, he gave added value to any outing with his encyclopedic knowledge of the history and sights.
Top marks also to our driver Danny! We were very pleased with our vacation and hope to travel with you again!

Taste of Ireland (Tour A) - 7 Days/6 Nights
Slainte! Happy 50th to my wife!
We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday on this tour. It was well organized and exactly what we had hoped for. The tour director was amazing with providing many details of the surroundings and landmarks along with a very professional demeanor and mad the overall trip very enjoyable. There was never a dull moment.

Gorgeous sights, sublime vino, and stunning vistas!
The itinerary was terrific. We saw places many travelers don't visit - like Vinci. The driver, Alessandro was skilled and pleasant. the tour director, Giuseppe was nothing short of genius! Best tour guide I have worked with in 15 years.

Amazing tour experience!
The bus was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Hotels and restaurants were very good. Our guide Dan was amazing! He explained a lot about the culture and the land and everything in between!
As with any organization, people make the difference. Well, Dan went way above and beyond making this a wonderful experience!
I would strongly recommend this tour as a great value for the money and a wonderful experience!

Forever rememberable
This tour and tour guide were premium quality. Giuseppe was so delightful, entertaining, refreshing and loaded with history and present goodies of Tuscany. He was always excited to have questions as he pulled us into the picture. I can not imagine a better tour. Thank you CIE and family for allowing me to experience all the beauty of Tuscany, Italy.
