Great tour driver, good hotels, blah food

Tour driver, Dominic, was fantastic. Knowledgeable and funny. Only complaint is the food. Breakfasts were always good. Dinners/lunch were the same everyday- blah. Hotels were very nice and in great locations. Unfortunately, we were there during unseasonably warm temperatures and most hotels don’t have air conditioning. Most in city centers, during World Cup, so opening windows was very loud. Just bad timing.

We loved everything about this tour. Our guide Ian was wonderful. The hotels, meals and places we went to in Scotland were fabulous. I enjoyed traveling through the countryside and seeing many of the places I had always wanted to visit. Ian was able to supply a great deal of interesting information about what we were seeing, and the whole trip exceeded my expectations.

Working with Trena was not easy. We ended up with no service from airport to hotel. Also we did not find out the hotel until we arrived in Warsaw. Then had to call the hotel to find out which one it was. Not good.

booking the trip was easy. but the booking of air flights was not very easy and was not very accommodating. also hotel did not have us registered upon arriving

Booking was good. We had a great trip , but missed our first tour due to the fact that the driver did not show up at the airport until 90 minutes after he was supposed to be there. Someone was checking into this, but i have heard anything in over a week.
