Best of Ireland South (Tour A) - 8 Days/7 Nights

The booking service was good, but we weren't picked up in the airport as our flight was cancelled because of the weather and we had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. This was already paid for in the transfer fee, and I will speak to a representative about refunding me the 40 euros that I spent on the taxi.

Very well organized and the tour guide and bus driver did excellent jobs.

The booking of our trip to Ireland was easy and everything went as planned. The trip packets arrived with further details and were extremely helpful.

Excellent experience! Saw incredible sites and the guide was knowledgeable

I would for sure recommend CIE tours to others in future! I did not have to worry about a single thing my entire trip and was able to just enjoy the sites! It also didn't hurt that my guide Diana and driver Sam were excellent!

The tour itself was wonderful.Our tour guide Linda McKay was fabulous,as well as our driver John.
My only issue is that after many calls to the CIE office in NJ,is that they still have the wrong name attached to my email.

This was my second tour with CIE and I was very pleased again. My only suggestion is when 2 are rooming together but live in different states, to send each one their packet instead of sending both to one person.

Absolutely delightful

Booking was great. Easy online application & instructions. My only negative reaction was to the way you have a “lead” traveler. I do not like having to relay on a travel companion to obtain info. I do not understand why you can’t send email info to each traveler.

Great Trip and Service

Making my reservation with CIE was very easy. After selecting my tour, I was able to communicate with a representative and get all of my questions answered. Everything was done online and was easily completed. Communication was good as far as letting me know when payments were expected and when I would receive my trip information. Having CIE make my flight reservation made it a much more pleasant experience. Nothing to worry about on my part.

Disorganized company

Terrible, disorganized, slow to respond, messed up flight details many times and still bad in end with 4hour layover which was not needed based on American flight schedules noted online, poor explanation of tour detail, poor follow-up in general, only good thing was the tour guide who did an excellent job
