Wonderful trip with keen guide and driver

Was able to book several extra days ahead of tour which was great

Patrick Smith was our driver/tour guide and he made the trip OUTSTANDING. We saw so many things in such a short time (would love to stay longer next time) but his knowledge of his country made everything...driving, eating, excursions...memorable.

Please improve the meals

Everything was great except the meals. CIE needs to do better as far as getting the hotels to provide better quality meals. There is so much repetition also among the hotels-they all tend to offer the same meals. Personally I would rather pay more and get better quality meals.

Scottish & Irish Gold - 15 Days/14 Nights

I had some difficulty with the booking service as your agent typed my name twice rather than my husband's name. Then they listed him as being a female. Took effort to get those two things corrected. My final documents were only received 10 days before our trip.

Excellent itinerary and quality hotels plus a very experienced and informative tour guide and driver - both with fantastic senses of humour.

I would recommend CIE Tours! The booking process was simple and painless, I knew ahead of time which tour I wanted to do and the time I wanted to go. Every time I called in they always had patience and answered every question I threw at them.

Our bus driver/tour guide Dermot was a wealth of knowledge. He made the trip both interesting and fun. The hotels were good, the arranged entertainment was excellent. I would use CIE again

The booking service was great! We had some bad experiences in getting there but it was because of the weather in New York. I would definitely book through Marty Harris and CIE again!

Area and sights covered were interesting and the commentary was educational, especially Tom O'Reilly's in Ireland.
