Great guide, fantastic tour of a beautiful country

Our guide Joe Lavery was fantastic. He provided great information that made the tour fun and interesting. We were able to see a great amount of Ireland and felt like we got a good understanding of its past history with the Jewels of Ireland tour.
Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visit Ireland.

Coach drivers were excellent

No cie rep to meet us at airport at Heathrow airport. Took over hour. Driver took 4 passengers to hotel and decided to leave two elderly women behind. Got to hotel about 6:00 and our room was not ready. We landed that morning about 7,:30am.

The person we booked with helped us to pay in pounds sterling, which saved us some money. No surprises, no problems. Everything r0 went smoothly.

Great trip and service Tour Director and Driver excellent .Had a problem with our transfer to London Hotel we waited approximately two and a half hours for transfer driver to arrive at Heathrow Airport..
The rest of the tour went extremely well

The tour was amazing there were so many beautiful sights. We were on the go the whole time. Everything was taken care of and top notch. Our tour guide Tommy O’Reily and driver Nigel were outstanding. The Classic Ireland tour was our first tour and we were very impressed.

Excellent tour from start to finish. Well planned and delivered. Booking was easy and most questions answered on the website. Driver - Paddy- was personable and professional and gave a charming presentation.

Our trip exceeeded our expectations.

We would definitely take another CIE tour. The hotels were very nice and the days were totally filled with everything that we expected.

The customer service was great , the rooms were awesome the hotels were great as well as the food. But I feel like it was very rushed on most stops realizing trying to cram so much into seeing a whole country. The hotels except 1 was in such a remote location you would have to take a taxi to go anywhere. I needed sinus meds but nothing was nearby. Had to wait 2 days til we were able to get to a location that there was a pharmacy or small store. I truly enjoyed my trip.

The booking and pre-trip arrangements were handled very efficiently. The backpack was a nice surprise. Transfers to and from the airport were perfect.

I booked 8 months prior to travel, from what I remember it was good.

Great service. Food was ok but Then again Scotland isn’t known for its food. The layover in New Jersey made the flight extra long

We had booked the extra day of the tour but did not receive the additional vouchers ( for the hop-on hop-off bus, for the Epic Museum/Guinness attraction and for the airport taxi). There were other people on the tour that had a similar experience.

Excellent friendly professional people. Even when our airline pulled out 3 weeks before our trip, they worked with us to get the best flights that worked for us.
