enjoyed scotland. our guide was Di. she was wonderful!!

wait times on the phone were usually very long. the staff i talked to were usually quite helpful.

The tour was good for a tour on the cheaper tier.

The guide was great and did the best he could during COVID restrictions. The small size of group was a plus.

Iceland with beautiful. the guides are great, very informative, tells a lot about the history of the island. accommodations were good. I love the whole experience.

Great tour

The tour guide and bus driver were exceptional. Sights were beautiful and people were very friendly and helpful. The menu became somewhat repetitive over 2 weeks. Good quality just the same thing too often.

Amazing adventure!

We had a great tour bus driver. John always had our daily schedule out for us to review our day. Our hotels were very clean and accommodating. The food provided on this trip was very good. All the sites we visited were amazing and interesting. John was very knowledgeable, great personality which made traveling from one city to the next exciting !

The stops and accommodations were for the most part very nice and interesting. The city guides as well as our driver were outstanding,showing the depth of their knowledge.

Greg Creagh is the best coach driver!

Greg Creagh is the most excellent safe driver. He also is funny and a great storyteller and a wonderful singer. He gave our group lots of history facts about places that we were seeing outside of the coach window. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants. He's a gentleman. CIE Tours is lucky to have him!

Wonderful.

Our flight was delayed for 26hrs making us late for the start of our tour. When I reached out to CIE customer service CIE immediately put our tour guide in touch with us. Throughout the whole delay Murt followed our flight schedule, kept in touch with me at 2am Ireland time and when it was finally confirmed that we were flying out the next night Murt booked us bus transfers to the next city, called ahead to the hotel to make sure they were ready for us and then constantly reached out to us to make sure we were able to make our way to Waterford with no problems. The whole experience with CIE & Murt was fabulous. The tour was the best with a knowledgeable and caring tour guide/ driver. The individual guides were fabulous. All of them made great recommendations for our free time. I would definitely take another & recommend a tour with CIE. Really exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful and unforgettable trip of a lifetime

First of all, our tour guide, Sean, was great. He was so knowledgeable and fun! He gave clear directions for each upcoming event so we always knew what was going on. He also kept our bus spotless. The tour itself was so well-planned…everything was interesting and so beautiful! And the Irish people couldn’t have been more welcoming. The entire trip was a joy!

A once in a lifetime trip!

Booking was a bit fraught, with lengthy times to communicate due to long telephone hold times, but once we got on the tour it was a wonderful time
