Amazing Bus Tour, History Galore, Super Organized, EXCELLENT!

I booked online; was super easy. Even when I had to call to give my final payment, service was excellent.

The tour was exceptional. Had the time of my life.

It was easy to book. Once we booked the tour, we did not get calls or emails in response to our inquiries.

I loved every minute of it. We saw and experienced things that we never would have been able to do on our own. Our bus driver/tour guide was excellent. He filled us in on Irish lore and was amusing every mile we made

CIE covered every detail of our trip well. The guide went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. I would definetly book with them again.

The booking service was professional, helpful and very easy to work with. I called with many questions and they answered each and every one. We cold not believe how easy it was to book everything thru C.I.E. This was a wonderful tour from beginning to end. Our tour guide, Tommy O'Rielly and our driver were professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, fun and I could go on and on. The hotels and meals were first class. Tommy O'Rielly pointed out so many things and explained everything! We would love to do this trip again!

Exceeded Our Expectations

We booked our CIE Tour on line but still needed assistance via phone from the main office. Overall the agents were very helpful and were able to address all our issues.

Wonderful Tour of Ireland!!

Booking the trip was easy and all the materials arrived as promised.

Our tour guide, Alistar, was excellent as our driver driver, Peter. Their knowledge of the areas was insurmountable, Alistar kept the bus alive for the 2 weeks we were there. This was our second tour with CIE, the value was well worth the cost

Great and easy.

The booking was great. It was very easy. We were even able to arrange to add extra days on to our tour before and after through CIE.

Great trip but a lot of road time

We had a great tour guide, Dominic. He was extremely knowledgeable and funny. He was a great driver and we did spend a lot of time traceling in the bus.

The tour director and bus drivers knew exactly what they were doing. We had a great family experience.

We had a wonderful “Best of England” tour with guide Harry Gray and ....

We had a wonderful “Best of England” tour with guide Harry Gray and driver Denis Murphy. The very first day we saw a mile long line at Windsor Castle, but our tickets were already taken care of and we went straight in with no waiting. That was the way it was at all sights on the trip.

The street where we were to meet the bus after the Edinburgh Tattoo had been barricaded by the police. Somehow Denis managed to find a close parking space and Harry was able to find everyone and get us back to the bus.

All the accommodations were first class. The meals were excellent, although pretty heavy. We visited the important sights and did not have to worry about booking, driving, parking, where to stay or where to eat.

Anytime anybody mentions visiting the UK, I always recommend CIE.

Loved Scotland

It was mostly done on line and everything went fairly well. I did have to call with some questions but they were answered quickly. I did explain that I wanted seats with a lot of leg room and I mentioned business class but somehow that did not get through to them. My husband hates flying and I figured going business class would be more comfortable and next time I will onsis on it. We made reservations quite early so I wish they would have just told me up front that we were in economy. Other than that everything went smoothly.
