The booking process was very smooth. Hotels were nice and clean. Our bus driver/tour guide was the best!!

The bus driver was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent and safe driver. The organized events (music, dinners) were excellent. The last hotel was okay but the same as the others on the tour. A minor concern.

CIE Tours was first class all the way!

The helpful agents on the phone made the booking very easy. I would definitely recommend CIE to family and friends.

Outstanding trip

Any time I had a question they were always helpful. It was easy to work with them even when we wanted to make changes. The trip itself was well organized and included all the things we wanted to see in Ireland

Fabulous

This 2018 trip was my second with CIE and it was grand. So many memorable moments. The hospitality of CIE is superb as much as the Scotland and Ireland countries. Booking with CIE is easy and smooth.

Best trip ever!

This was such a great trip! Our guide, Murt O’Shea, made our trip amazing! He was informative, fun and so helpful.

Friendly, efficient, good follow up

Nice tour. But we were told that the hotel in PlitviceLakes had air conditioning. It did in lobby but not in guest rooms. it was unbearably hot there. Guide was wonderful.

Phenomenal!

It would have helped if Mr. Diamond had told us when we first booked that we would be getting backpacks and what would be in them. I bought a converter when I didn't need to.

Jim McCormack was a phenomenal tour guide. He entertained us, gave us history, and escorted us through a wonderful trip.

Fun and well-organised!

CIE was fantastic! They had everything organised so well! I was able to completely relax and go with the flow. We had heaps of fun! Well worth it!

I would recommend them, but if I were to book again, and I might, I would take more time to investigate each site to be visited. For instance, we rode by the Titanic museum. We did not visit the Titanic museum. Disappointment. The meal the first evening in a conference room at the hotel was ok, but the atmosphere was . . . a conference room in a hotel.

thought it was good, was glad my sister called and asked for copies of all paperwork, rather just giving to me.

Irish Spirit June 2018

Went on the Irish Spirit tour from June 16-23, 2018. Our driver/guide John Callinan was amazing. He was kind, patient, funny, and very knowledgeable about the country. We loved all of our stops and met some lovely people along the way. I highly recommend this tour!

Good tour not clear booking...

We had a great time on our tour, but booking wasn't completely clear at the beginning (once they got our deposit). Specifically asked for a few places to see but when we arrived we found out we weren't seeing those places because we didn't book the last day. This was our first bus tour and our first tour of Ireland so we didn't know or understand the schedule resulting in what was a rocky start with the driver/tour guide but a fabulous finish. CIE never contacted me to apologize, explain or anything although Murt said he contacted the main office. I never heard from Ian Macgregor (our initial contact) although I emailed him and left about 5 phone messages.

Our 2nd tour with CIE, really good experience

Pleasant representatives but often difficult to get on the phone when we call. We were also given incorrect information about a transfer to the hotel from the airport.

Very well organized. Excellent tour director and bus driver team. We do recommend the company. We hope to travel with this company again within the next year.

The wife and I had a great time. Our driver Nills was the best. We highly recommend this tour.
