Friendly & professional! Everything went smoothly !

Everything from start to finish was professional and courteously accomplished!

Booking was good. We had a great trip , but missed our first tour due to the fact that the driver did not show up at the airport until 90 minutes after he was supposed to be there. Someone was checking into this, but i have heard anything in over a week.

Unforgettable Tour of Southern Ireland

Absolutely great Tour Leader/Driver Patrick was so informative as we visited each stop and in between stops! He did an excellent job at “herding us cats”, ensuring timely departures.
Lots of local colour and shopping tips. Excellent meals included on the tour.
Comfortable coach, changing assigned seats each day was a great way to meet all our fellow passengers. Pleasant and comfortable hotel accommodations.

The website is very easy to use. The agents provided excellent service when we had any additional questions.

Loved every minute of the tour. Got there 2 days late because of the airline catastrophes. Would love to do it again someday. Had so much fun . We loved our
tour guide Eamon and of course the food, shows, and beautiful Ireland and Scotland.

Great tours but bad process before you go!

Horrible service before we went. It was easy enough to pay the deposit and book it but from then on it was a hassle. No one works in your north American office or answers emails/phone and you don't get the documents out in a timely manner.

CIE tours is the best

My first trip to Ireland and CIE tours made it an amazing journey.

This was our first tour. We has a wonderful driver- very knowledgeable and Collum was very personable. Our guodes were just a good. We'd highly recommend CIE Tours

Great Tour, But needed to advocate for myself....

This was my third CIE tour and I have recommended the company to others. Always booked through same travel company. There were some itinerary glitches that I noticed and was able to address by changing tour dates. Because of high season and other issues tour still had issues. Overall though it was great.

I would recommend CIE tours to anyone considering visiting Ireland, Scotland or England.

June 2018 pub tour.

Every facet of our trip was excellent and perfect! Denis O'Sullivan was exemplary as a driver /guide: versed in history, social information, and repartee. The bus was comfortable and meticulously clean inside and out. I recommend CIE to everyone I talk to and will definitely take another tour with CIE. I loved the hotels, border collie herding, Irish coffee, as well as the Guinness and Smithwicks tours. The balance of tourist spots and local pubs gave a balance to the trip and I fell in love with the beautiful countryside and, most of all, the people I met in the pubs. Easily the best trip I have taken. Thanks to CIE for their impeccable attention to detail. There were no flaws in their organization and Denis made everything happen perfectly and on time. The four of us have nothing but wonderful memories and photos. Karin
