Well we went through a travel agent so we didn’t deal directly with their booking agents.

It was an amazing experience and have told friends and family about my experience with CIE tours

Our tour guide, George, was fantastic. The hotels were comfortable.

I would definitely book with CIE tours again and recommend them as well. Would have been 5 star review except for how another traveler was treated by the company.

Excellent driver and tour guide...both did everything perfectly.

Loved the trip

Every one was very easy to work with

The tour was great, the guide and driver was the best. Very knowable of the subject mater we visited. Had a great time and would do it again and recommend it to friends and family.
Only negative experience we had was the arranged transportation to and from the airport. time management issues on their part and rude on the first day arriving from the airport to the hotel.

Staff on the phone before and driver were great. I would have been better to receive our package before we left Canada

Wonderful with a few bumps

I use a wheelchair sometimes and usually their is no problem if I cannot walk or to pushed where the Tour is going. But this time the tour ****** made the decisions and did not ask me. There were less food variety. On past tours I have eaten off the children's menu due to food restriction. On this tour this was denied. the Wifi on thee bus was poor most of the time. On the plus time an effort was made to help getting a room near the elevator so I could walk instead of using the wheelchair.

Great trip for scenery

Our trip was wonderful. Our guide Perri was exceptional. We were surprised that there was an "elite bus" of CIE private customers that followed our same route. They seemed to feel they were superior in every way to us. In fact some wondered if they were told not to interact with us. However, Perri's group definitely had the nicer clients. We truly enjoyed each other and we definitely had the better guide. In the future I wouldn't run 2 separate buses on the same schedule. It just makes for someone feeling slighted. If it had been our first CIE trip it probably would have been our last.

Bucket list trip -worth every euro spent!

Our tour guide was Michael and he was excellent - his stories, jokes and knowledge kept us all entertained. But don't mention Brexit!
Loved the small tour as opposed to the larger bus. Everyone got along really well!
Accommodation was fine but meals were all a bit same same

Paperwork for trip and all details was great!

Everything was well planned, all hotels, tours, paperwork ahead of the trip with information including meals.

Very easy. Talked to a rep who was very helpful in scheduling tour and airline tickets.

Our visit to Ireland via CIE Tours was more than I could have ever imagined. Every need was met and our guide was happy to go the extra mile to please each person on the tour. Our love for Ireland and the people there has made us eager to return soon. We have shared our experience with other to encourage them to visit also.

From the first phone encounter everyone was polite,knowledgable and helpful. Upon landing in Dublin we had no problem hooking up with the representative there, and from then on the CIE personnel and service continued to be excellent.
Our guide/driver, Dave, was fabulous - personality and knowledge all rolled into one. In short, a great experience.

We saw and learned so much on this first visit to Ireland and were enchanted with the country and the people. The only thing to complain about was that we did not have as much time as we would have liked in some special places that "spoke" to our family - but understand some things have to give on an organized tour.

PERFECT VACATION

Love, love, love Graham! Our time in Scotland was simply amazing! Hated to leave the beautiful country and lovely people.

Took my first tour to Ireland in May and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thanks for a great time.
