The Best of Russia, Baltic States & Warsaw
We enjoyed the tour very much. Our tour director Ilya was outstanding. The hotels we stayed in were first-rate, as were the provided meals. The only negatives were that our tour of the Hermitage in Saint Petersburg did not include the Gold Room but spent about 3 hours to see French paintings. I can see those in Paris. One other minor thing is that the brochure says the bus will have WI-FI but our bus did not. Also be aware that without booking many optional tours you will potentially miss out on important sights like Peterhof, unless you make your own arrangements to see them. Overall, I thought the tour provided good quality and value.

Irish Explorer - 9 Days/8 Nights
The tour guide was professional and friendly. I was wary of travelling with a group My wife and I had done a organised tour with another company several years ago and the group was not disciplined and there were arguments on the amount of free time and bus seating. These were non existent on our CIE tour. I don't know how much this was just luck with a good bunch of fellow travellers, and how much was due to the organizational.

This was my first time taking a tour anywhere in the world so I thought it was good, but probably not excellent. It was convenient to take a tour and not have to think about any of the arrangements.

Our tour of Scotland was great! CIE was awesome as well as our tour guide Di! Air Canada left a lot to be desired, flights were delayed both to and from destinations!

My to trip to Ireland was lovely as the Irish would say and as the Americans would say fantastic. Nothing is perfect but my trip to Ireland came close.
Would recommend your and use your Company again!

Taste of Scotland & Ireland - 11 days/10 Nights
The only problem that we had was when making our final payment they charged us everything but .20 cents. This resulted us in not being registered. When we didn’t receive our back packs 2 weeks prior to leaving my husband called and I think we were not registered which affected our flight from London to Glascow which in turn made us miss the initial tour. Otherwise everything went extremely well.

Tour guide Bob was amazing and provided us with a great experience. Very knowledgeable of history and took us to various locations in small towns to give us a full experience.
