We had terrific guides and bus drivers. The schedule and activities were all interesting and timed well for our energy level. Most of the hotels were fine. It was hot and most didn't have AC, but all the hotels met our needs. The one in Inverness was particularly lovely.

Good price for a great trip

You had the best prices for the level of tour we were interested in.
We were a bit frighrened to learn that the agent we were working
with was no longer with your company but happily it all went
well anyway.

It was a well planned and run tour. Got to see all the major sights and the food was delicious. Every meal was served piping hot and with hundreds of travellers at an event...that's amazing. Hotels were fine with great locations. Our driver, Jim, was extremely efficient and VERY entertaining. The castle banquet was very well done featuring talented entertainment.

All trips booked were great. Hotels between 3 & 5 stars. Best driver I have ever seen (I drove Phila Fire engines for 33+ years) Sarah Wayper was fantastic ! Our Guide Manager John Cunningham was cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful & fun. We can't think of any way anyone could do better!

Great travel with CIE

The travel agency that handled my travel arrangements found a good air fare that was very satisfactory. Avoya also made my arrangements with CIE. I traveled to Ireland 3 years ago with CIE.

I would definitely recommend them ---our tour guide Peter was fantastic -he took excellent care of everyone and you could NOT have asked for anyone better. Just a fact .The 4 of us all feel the same.

Our travel agent booked for us so we did not book directly. We would definitely use CD again .

This is my second tour with CIE, and will purchase from them again. I have recommended them to others.

Amazing Trip!

Awesome tour of Croatia with a day trip to Montenegro! I highly recommend this bus tour. The accommodations were excellent. This was my first foreign trip and once I landed in Zagreb, I didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying the country.

Great Service

Everything was simple and easy to understand. When booking, the customer service agent helped to find a flight and tour that could accommodate our time frame needed. They were so helpful.

I bought from before and I probably will again. my only issue is contacting someone when I need tom talk to someone. Sometimes it takes a while. Also we thought we had booked a small bus/van, but we got a large one.
