Loved our guide. He got us to sites, kept us informed but let us have plenty of free time. Loved the fact we never had to stand in line but rather went to the head of the line for admission to sites.

No problem with booking. There is problem the first day when we were dropped off at a hotel different from what we have in record without letting us know beforehand. The matter was taken care of but after initial confusion. The rest of the tour went well. The tour manager was very helpful and attentive thereafter.

Our tour guide was very informative! We loved all the places that we stayed at. Ireland is a beautiful place, and we hope to go back again someday. We enjoyed her singing and our bus driver was great.

Tour was great. Not all the hotels were up to par.
There was also a lot of bus time that could have been avoided with different locations.

Over all a good experience but a few things could have been better/

Amazing trip of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful trip! We booked the Scotland and Ireland Gold 16 day escorted vacation. Everything was well organized with plenty of time to enjoy our surroundings. Our guides were well trained and had tons of information for us. The hotels along our journey did not disappoint, we felt like VIP’s throughout our stay.
We would not hesitate to recommend CIE to our friends and would love taking another trip with them in the future. An added bonus were the friends we made on our trip. We are actually planning a vacation with great friends we met on this trip!

Feels like home

We were completely cared for from arrival to departure. All surprises were good ones. Our guide Lliam was fantastic. This was our third trip to Ireland with CIE and we hope to have more in the future.

I would absolutely recommend CIE tours. Such a stress free way to travel. Everything is booked for you and all you need to do is enjoy, learn, and experience the cuture.

Graham Bruce was the best tour guide I've ever had & I have been traveling

Its very difficult to get through to your company. They said that there would be approx. 30 people on the bus but there was 42 people - way too many.
You need more operators & more accurate information. However, due to Graham Bruce, it was a wonderful trip

Yes I definitely would recommend them again. The tour we took was fantastic. The booking process, however, is quire another story. I had to make several phone calls to CIE Tours and none of them were fruitful. Either I was on hold for way too long or the agent was not helpful at all. As a last resort, I took a trip to their Morristown office. Although that was not what they were used to, I was paired with a very helpful agent and the tour, as I said, was fantastic.
