Every aspect of the trip was near perfect. The Tour Director, Patrick Smith, was absolutely fantastic and made sure everyone had a great time. Would definitely go with CIE Tours again.

High attention to detail—exceeded expectations

The tour was very well organized, tour guides and drivers excellent, very knowledgeable, extremely personable with great attention to detail...Acomadations and meals all excellent...Very comfortable coach. Great choices for attractions and stops...We will highly recommend to friends and family and do hope to go on another CIE tour in future—we felt totally spoiled....

Tour guide, Graham Bruce, was exceptional. Knowledgeable, funny, and conscientious. Lodging was all well chosen, comfortable, and clean. Food provided was either very good or excellent. Tour stops were extremely worthwhile and I don’t feel as if I missed anything. Driver was very professional, yet friendly and amusing. His capabilities maneuvering the big coach were simply impressive. THANK YOU for a marvelous tour.

Great way to see Scotland and Ireland for the First Time!!

Service was wonderful.. I booked over the internet but did have a slight problem. When I called the office, I was helped quickly by a very nice man. He went over my booking with me to make sure everything was correct.

CIE DOES AMAZING JOB ON OUR TRIP TO IRELAND

The booking service was excellent. The employees I talked with about the trip and their knowledge of Ireland was great. They answered all my questions not matter how dumb I thought they were and very supportive during our booking. We went with friends and the employees kept us together on the the flights, seats, etc.

I was very impressed with the Scottish & Irish Gold tour.
I booked this tour through Touring for Less 9 months in advance, and they were very helpful and responsive to questions.

Fantastic trip in EVERY way!!

We recently returned from our Irish Adventure with Brian as our driver/guide. The trip exceeded our expectations—-all the arrangements went flawlessly. Our hotels were top notch & the local guides for our city/town tours were excellent. Can’t stop raving about what a fantastic trip we had & can’t wait to do another tour with CIE.

We had difficulty getting the flights finalized since we were coming early and had to arrange our own connections even though they were picking up others at the airport for our hotel

Trip was relaxing and worry free. Greatly enjoyed the whole experience.

The trip was very enjoyable. It was nice not having to worry about any of the details. The tour guide was great as was our bus driver! They felt like family by the end of the tour. Not even our family would have gotten up at 3 am to see us off - but our tour guide did!! The itinerary was well planned and flowed like clockwork. This was my first tour (as opposed to going it on our own) and I would highly recommend it to friends!

Tour was wonderful. Nigel and Onya are amazing people who love their country. Bad part our luggage was delayed due to American Airlines incompetency. Tripmate does not make filing claim easy.

The tour director and driver were great. They both had very pleasant personalities and were very knowledgeable . They handled check-in and check-out perfectly every time which made things nice and easy for our group.

I would recommend CIE Tours. There are a few things I could suggest for improvement - some around the length of time for each side visit, some around the house and broadened of the planned specialty dinner shows we had.
They did a good job with bus seating, rotating those that sat in the front. The tour guides were great, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Amazing trip!

We had a great time on the Scottish dream tour. The guide and driver were phenomenal. Every hotel we stayed at was beautiful. The castles, scenery, towns were all gorgeous. I would recommend it to everyone!

Fabulous trip

I thought this was a fabulous tour. Tom, our guide was not only entertaining but he was so knowledgeable about the history of Ireland and his stories, his sense of humor and knowledge made this trip special. There was only one hotel that I felt was not good. I think it was the Granville in Waterford. We had an awful smell in our room, coming from the shower and it was at times hard to stay in the room. Loved the castle but the other hotels were quite nice. My only suggestion is that we needed more free time to shop, just walk around or relax. We were going all day and then had to quickly get ready for dinner or the evening event. Other than that, I thought the places and sites we visited were so interesting. I am hoping to do a trip with your tour group to Scotland, possibly next year and I have highly recommended your company .
