Wonderful journey

My sister and I had a very enjoyable experience on the tour.

Everything about my tour of Ireland could not have been any better.

Absolutely recommend again. Definitely will use them on next excursion.

CIE — Scottish Isles and Glens— Amazing Tour

The entire experience was brilliant! From booking to airport drop off it was just so easy. Our tour guide, Fiona, and driver Rob were fantastic. The itinerary for Scottish Isles and Glens was exactly what we wanted. We were not disappointed in any aspect of the trip!

Excellent experience and our driver John was AMAZING!!!!

Trip was great and John was excellent!!! I have 3 recommendations to consider to make it better: 1) Be sure the hotels dont all offer the exact same meal for dinner, there was no variety at dinner time every day; 2) Extend the trip by 1 nights and stay 2 nights in Galway; 3) Let people have a little more 'free time'.

Welcoming and well taken care of

I would recommend them again. I saw twelve destinations in 8 days. I was happy to see many places.I just felt more time in each place would been better. But I know they have a schedule to keep

The bus tour was over all good. We did miss our day to explore Belfast because the ferry late. Also my CIE suit case was damaged the last night when we got dropped off in Dublin. It is a fabric case and was received wet and soaked the items in the front zipper pockets and top packed items. The case was stored under the toilet which Billie the driver said was full and told us not to use it on the last day. My travel agent contacted you about two days after I arrived home and the last time I talked to her she hasn't heard from you.

The trip was very well organized with a big Welcome Dinner the first night and then we got a daily itinerary for the next day so we knew what time we had to be up and at the bus. Our luggage was handled by our Bus Driver and the hotel staff so we never had to worry about it - it just showed up in our room each day. The meals were very good - lots of choices to choose from. The hotels were very clean -though it was strange they didn't provide wash cloths but we had brought some just in case so were good.

Found the tour, accommodations, and tour guides exceptional.

I felt that the tour was well planed with the exception of when I arrived. I, and others, had to wait at the airport for quite some time for other flights with other tour goers to arrive which was exhausting after a long flight and the time change. The man who met us was delightful... he was just following his schedule and he was very apologetic for the multi hour delay.

It was well planned and the guide was knowledgeable. I had a medical issue at the beginning of the tour and she (Anita Laughlin) was attentive to my needs to the end of the trip. The trip was beautiful and everyday was interesting. Love Scotland and the nice people I met.

The hotels we stayed at were nice and the places we stopped at were very interesting. The real stars of the show though are the Tour Guide and Driver. Marie and Regine were excellent. Regine was a total star and made everything so interesting. I was raving about her to everyone when I returned home!

Ireland Trip

The tour bus driver was amazing. The bus was comfortable and the majority of the stops were interesting.

Beautiful , Interesting sights with very inadequate background information

Service was okay but too much focus on where the pubs were at the expense of background information. The driver was superlative.

Planned family vacation DONE!!!

My grandmother, mother, and myself loved our CIE tour with Noel! He was a fantastic driver/guide full of stories and information both historical and current. The bus was in excellent condition. The tour appropriately planned. The hotels clean and in good order. And the food was ok. I highly recommend this experience for those seeking a planned vacation that requires little thought! It was perfect for me and my family!

We had a great tour guide who made the time informative and fun.

MORE FREE TIME

There needs to be more free time... tour was too hectic, too much time spent in the coach, driving to magnificent hotels that we hardly got to appreciate... In hotel at 4pm.. dinner at 6pm... luggage out at 7am...out to coach at 8am .. to start all over again.
Skip Castles you cannot tour.. We had to miss tours just to get some free time in the rare hotel that we stayed in for two nights.

A great tour of England.

Ian Strong did a great job of narrating during the coach bus drive, and during his walking tours. Please note that the cabin temperature in the seating area of the bus was either too warm or way too cold. The bus temperature controller available to the driver could not make proper fine-tuning. Driver Danny did a great job driving. The daily routine had just the right amount of scheduled events versus "on-our-own" time to explore.

The trip was memorable and fun despite the mishap my wife incurred.

Our guide Di and driver Gordon were simple rhe best. And when my wife sprained her ankle at Dunrobin castle Di was johnny on the spot and helpful during the aftermath. GORDEN qas helpful with wheelchair i rented and the walker A&E gave us. The only downside were many of rhe other guests...extremely old and didnt listen well.

Beautiful Scenery

The itinerary was excellent. The Scottish Highlands were outstanding and the overall pace of the tour was excellent. The coach was kept clean and well maintained. The tour director was very good and the driver was outstanding.
