Fun and Fast Paced Adventure for the Whole Family

Booking through CIE was super easy and user friendly. The trip was well planned and well organized. There were great excursions planned and plenty of free time to explore.

Greeting at the airport, tour guide, tour driver. It was a pleasure to be with these personnel. They were very professional. There were minor hick ups on the last leg, first night greeting, etc. but nothing to give a poor rating.

Overall good memories with a few frustrations.

Booking through Authentic Vacations was good until we paid our deposit. Then I feel as if we were forgotten. After that point, I did more work for our group than did Jordan. She was not prompt in getting back to us, I was the one who remembered the deadlines, and she seemed to forget several important details until we pointed them out to her.

It was a great tour, top notch hotels, many meals included, lots of sights to see included in tour. I would use this company again.

This is my fourth CIE tour in 40 years, and I would go on another one tomorrow if I had the opportunity. They’re always great drivers and tour guides, of course the country is just beautiful, as are the people who live there! LOVE CIE TOURS

First of all I have to give a rave review to our guide Brendan and our driver Colin. They both made my tour unforgettable!! They knew the best routes and restaurants for all our stops. All the hotels were very comfortable, tho some were not very close to the center of whichever city or area we were touring.The daily local guides were all excellent and very informative. I also felt that we had a good amount of time to explore on our own as well. I chose the Irish Gold tour because it enabled me to see all the places most recommended by previous travelers. So I have great photos for memories. Also I met so many wonderful people, some of whom I hope to keep in touch. But I could not have asked for a more informative, entertaining, funny and warm guide as Brendan.

Most knowledgeable capable friendlest tour guide of my travels (23 tours). Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The booking people were very nice to work with. Very professional and they tried their best to get my trip booked on a very short notice and managed to get it done! It was my first trip by myself and I couldn't have had a better experience. The drivers and guide were excellent. The people on the tour were great. I am keeping in touch with several of them. Going to Scotland and Ireland was the one thing on my bucket list and I am so glad that I went with CIE Tours. They were there to meet me at the airport and every step of the way until they dropped me off to head home.

Everything was very well planned. Hotels were 4 star. Coach was very clean & comfortable. Driver & guides were very courteous. Meals were delicious & entertainment enjoyable.

I had called with a potential change to my travel dates; they were very helpful and even though I didn't need to change my trip, the customer service agent took the time to investigate other options for me.

A Magical Experience!

The itinerary for our trip was excellent, and so were the hotels (two castle stays!) but the absolute best part of the trip was the Tour Director. Joe not only organized and took care of all of us the entire trip, but he shared with us his personal insights and experiences that enhanced the history of Ireland and made it very real for us. I feel this was what made our group become so close, and some of us still keep in touch and plan on taking another trip next year!

The staff was always responsive and helpful by telephone and website in answering questions and concerns. We will definitely book again with CIE

First class tour company!

My wife and I took the Irish Explorer tour. It was absolutely great. Hotels were first class; meals were great and the bus was very comfortable.
