Great tour guide - good tour overall!

The TOUR GUIDE (PAT) was one of the best we have had. He was knowledgeable and organized but also very friendly and personable. The service before our trip was good with our questions answered timely.

Could have had a bit more free time and better explanation about what was included in the tour - brochure is a bit vague on some things.

Everything went well the only thing which seem hard to get to see the reservation online kept asking if you are agent? I think the flight were okay but think the option for upgrade to first or business class would be a nice feature. Overall service through booking was great.

They were friendly and courteous, answered all our questions in a fast and timely manner.

Awesome Ireland

The tour was very well organized. The tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable and provided great service and history of Ireland. He made sure the tour stayed on track and made the trip enjoyable.

Booking this trip was easily accomplished on the web with two follow-up phone calls that were efficiently handled. It was a pleasure dealing with all CIE representatives.

A Scottish Dream come true

This was our 1st trip to Scotland and we had a great experience with CIE. We were able to see everything as outlined in our itinerary except for one ferry ride that was canceled by the ferry company. Our tour guide Peter and driver Nigel were wonderful! Our accommodations were comfortable, rooms were clean and the included meals were very good.

All staff we spoke with were just excellent, very helpful.

CIE was fantastic from start to finish. The customer service center was on top of everything - getting back to me; following through on requests; and attentive.The tour itself was everything I could have hoped for on my first visit to the land of my ancestors. The bonus was our guide Michael. His knowledge, passion, and kindness made the trip that much more special. CIE is the way to go.

Tour guide gave us a good impression as the touring schedule was running smooth and on schedule.
