The tour itself was great; however, my wife caught a breakthrough case of Covid. Our tour guide, John Doran, and CIE representative, Saoirse Lyons, are to be commended for their assistance to my wife and me. Without their help, it would be challenging to coordinate the proper response to address the situation. My wife and I are forever grateful. CIE has two amazing individuals representing your organization.

Purchased through an agency. Every facet of the tour was handled thoroughly and professionally by CIE- Airport pickup, attraction entries, hotel check in, COVID required testing, etc. Fantastic tour. Driver/guide Sean Gray IS the best. Sean made this Irish Odyssey tour a 5 star trip. Thanks CIE for great service and again thanks Sean for making the trip truly memorable.

EXCELLENT TOUR

The guide/bus driver was awsome. He was knowledgable and pleasant throughout the trip. The location speaks for it's self.

Very well organized trip

Our travel agent Cathy Rowland was awesome! Always responded very promptly with any answers to questions or concerns.

Our driver/guide was phenomenal. Hotels very nice. Meals were delicious.

This was our first trip with CIE. We would definitely travel with them again.

We used a travel agent. The travel agent did the booking. We loved the trip, but went through a travel agen rather than booking it ourselves.

Very easy to work with, especially with all the Covid changes. Only four stars because sometimes the hold time was very long.

We traveled through Ireland with the Irish Odyssey tour. Our driver/historian was John Callahan (not sure of the last name). He was entertaining, informative, helpful, patient, fun, and a GREAT story teller.
We were traveling during the Covid horror, so some of the restaurants had some difficulty with new staff, so judging that would be unfair. But given the circumstances, we had excellent service. Food was great.
One of the best experiences was the farmhouse, with tea and scones! That family is AWESOME!

very well run tour

Everything was fine, our tour bus driver Dominic was so wonderful and made the trips so much fun, he was so knowledgeable and an extremely great driver on some of those very narrow roads. I do feel that Ireland was definately not covid ready as one of our stops was in Northern Ireland and we could not get off the bus which was disappointing.

Yes we loved our trip to Ireland through CIE Tours. Keith Williams was an excellent Director/ Driver. Felt like family being with him the 5 days.

At first I was a bit put off sending me to what appeared as an outside service, however, the service provided by Phillis Murray was excellent.

Worth every dollars worth!

Well worth the money. Both the tour guide and tour bus driver did their best to accommodate all passengers including those with mobile disability. If time permitted, driver added extra stop to points of interest.

Great tour

This was my second trip with CIE and it was equally as enjoyable as the first. The hotels were all quite nice although one wasn’t as comfortable as the others but the best part of CIE tours are the guides. Lawrence was fabulous and had such a great sense of humor. I feel the price is very reasonable for the tours and I hope to do another one in the future.

The booking process was seamless even when we needed to make adjustments to the original schedule.
